ALDI — Local services in Wyoming

Went down a female named Danielle lane today. She was combative, rude, argumentative and unprofessional. I politely asked to not put my stuff is a grocery cart and the first thing she did was pick up the clothes hamper and put it in the grocery cart. I asked her to put it back on the floor and she told me no you do it that's not my job. I was shocked at her rudeness. I went to out the basket back on the floor and she kept on getting sassy with me. I told her to watch her mouth but she kept talking. She also didn't ring up a few of my items I got 4 pineapple for free after I told her how many I had but she just wouldn'tstop being combative. Thanx! The boy Mitchell came up and boy o boy that must be her boyfriend because he was mad I called her rude. You can tell they sleep together. I will stick to the less ghetto Aldi. When I bring my own basket or buy a basket at the Aldi location Holland, Grandville, or Jenison I never have the problem I did today. The Asst Manager Mitchell told me they don't bag items when I said I wanted my stuff to be put in the rolling Hamper I purchased for $14.99. That wasn't bagging he was just a combative as Danielle... Trash additudes and need customer service training. Definitely lost my business!

P.S. If you are at this Aldi Danielle doesn't ring up all of your items you will get stuff...

Where do I start....

I am a huge Aldi shopper! There is nothing that I dislike about Aldi except for my recent experience at this Aldi. The prices are always great even with this inflation going on. I had bought something that was on sale and didn't realize that it had rang up wrong until I got outside to my car. So I went back in to receive a refund walked up to the first person I seen (a tall white guy), explained to him that this item rang up wrong and I wanted a receipt and to see what the right item is supposed to be and needless to say he came off very hostile. Telling me how Aldi doesn't do item mark downs and ect. I had to stop him from talking because I never said I wanted it for that price it says I wanted a refund. Zack continued to over explain something I never asked even said he was going to scan the item to see where it goes. I MEAN A REAL UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, ADDITUDE THE SIZE OF A MOUNTAIN, HOSTILE FOR NO REASON. I had never ran into that type of customer service at Aldi and I shop there A LOT! Zack needs to find another career away from people. Came off like he doesn't like people (brown people) or doesn't like himself and projects his self hate off onto others. Aldi need to do a better job with hiring. Zack needs a different job. Zack is Blending in with the ugly...

Sadly I was banned from this location let me tell ya u. I was asked to turn down my music I had a speaker in my pocket. Matt says u were Im here earlier and apparently someone came up to him and said something about the music I'm not sure. It is ways I approach a person. Matt came up and asked me to turn down the music as he has other people in the store and that he didn't want them listening to rap music. I said what do I want me to do play rock. He even said I need to get some headphones. I get up to check out Emily refused to let me purchase my items. As a manager I have to know how to deal with every situation, a customer's in back of me I let them know it was gonna b a whole for him to get to the register Emily goes just right through me. I told Emily if this customer pushes through me I am gonna push through u. I asked her to call the police. Police came immediately I said I have a pistol on my right hip. Emily immediately says your band. How can this cause me to be banned. Like I explained to Matt I don't see any postings or pictures in or around thestorevsaying u can't listen to rap music. I was shopping for myself and Emily and Matt knows I am an instacart shopper. This matter definitely needs to...
