Customer service is definitely not of utmost importance here. While waiting almost 15 minutes to place order, I witnessed the unfriendliness that no customer should experience including an employee telling a customer "it seems like you're hungry". At the time to place order, a strawberry paleta was ordered and a mango paleta was written down. Payment was the next step, asked to change the paleta and the staff made it seem like it was a big issue. The order was ready: an order of fries, a diablito, a churro, and a chamoy paleta. We asked for the paleta to be places in the freezer while the hot food was eaten...the employee rudely remarked that she was going to put it in a bag because once the paletas have been touched they are not supposed to be put back in...that's fine and completely understanding to the rule but no need to announce it to the public, why not just put in the bag and be done with it? Stood in line to ask for ketchup, was told it would be provided...10 minutes later, no ketchup. Another customer was within our range and asked for a paleta, the customer then took it in her hands and then decided she didn't want it...back in the freezer it went...without a bag! Asked for ketchup again to another employee, 10 minutes after that, no ketchup! Gave up on the ketchup. Went back for the paleta and made sure they gave us our paleta in a bag and was asked if there was anything else and we let her know that we didn't need the ketchup anymore. The diablito was not what it was made out to be, the tamarindo was just that...tamarindo! With the hard tamarind peeling and even a seed that hurt a tooth once bitten into it. I was shocked that it was possible to serve it like that...but that wasn't it... the mango pieces were green, flavorless, and so hard, they had to be spat out. Oh... the churro was good but definitely not a reason to be back. First impressions count for a lot and definitely the last visit to this business. Less than a 1-star...

I ordered two chocolate ice cream cones one strawberry a michoacana and a coke to go
I was given an ice cream cone that was all strawberry and one that was strawberry and chocolate. I was trying to tell them the strawberry with chocolate was incorrect and they would not listen they just kept saying we’re not done we’re getting the other one then I said but this one is incorrect I did not order chocolate with strawberry I ordered two chocolate cones one strawberry and just then the strawberry berry icecream fell off the cone From which I had seen the girl before having a hard time loading it on the cone and did not fill it stable. I told her she had not set it right and she said she could not replace it. First how did she expect this not to happen on a ti go order she should have put them in a box But that not all she had one order wrong and this may not have happened if I did not have to keep trying to explain to them. They just did not want to listen. I asked them if they were really going to do that to my grand daughter make me give her an empty cone and I kept asking for a manager or owner and they said one would not be there till later. O asked about what time and they acted not to hear me. Then I asked açaí to fill the cone with ice I cream and they said it would be another 3.70 I could not punish my grand daughter for their mistake so I paid. The other customers were just shaking their heads at them as well.
Your service has gone way down. I’m so...
Read moreI don't know if they changed anything since I went a while back, but back when I went, the huge problem was that EVERYTHING was in Spanish only. The menu, the meal boards on the wall...everything in Spanish. Even ALL the incoming customers were speaking Spanish with the staff. I asked one of the ladies working here if she could give me an English menu. She said they don't have one and they don't even make an English menu.
Luckily, there was a nice hefty guy working there who offered to help me out. He explained the menu items to me in English. So I got some pork tacos with extra onions, extra tomatoes, cheese and hot sauce. It was good and hot. I also got some ice cream thing with fruit in it. That was good too. If only they didn't have the ZERO English policy, it would be 5 stars from me.
I hope English becomes the Official Language of America. It is very important to do that because language has a culture of its own. The reason the US, Canada and Australia are such desired places to live is because they are babies or creations of England and based on English and the English culture (Even the Amish call this the "English world"). You can find the babies of Spain and Portugal in...
