I went to the 28th & McKee location this evening to pick up dinner for my family. I did NOT have a good experience. I gave the cashier my order and explained that the last three times I ordered crazy bread there was not enough parmasean cheese on them so made a point to make sure that they had the right amount on them. So, I had to wait ten minutes for the order to come up. Just as my order came up, the manager said that I had to pay for extra cheese. I told her that I did not ask for extra cheese just that they needed to make sure that it wasn’t just butter and a dusting/sprinkles of cheese like last time. She argued with me and refused to give me my order pulling the food towards her. I told her to just give me my money back. This is absolutely ridiculous that I was treated this way. She told me that she was being nice to me yet, she didn’t take care of me as a paying customer so I left! I am furious that they can get away with this. I called Donald Worst to file a formal complaint especially since I wasted ten minutes in the lobby and for the fact that I was never informed that I had to pay extra. If putting the right amount of cheese on it to be worth $3.49 is too much too ask, then I am sorely disappointed. Something needs to be done. We have frequented this located for well over 25 years and this is the worst service I have ever received. I expect a follow up call or email concerning this encounter tonight. It happened around 5:45 pm on Nov 25, 2017.
Update: I never did hear back from the owner or district manager. It continues to be a problem. The crazy bread is not the same like it used to be back in the day. The size of the breadsticks has gotten smaller and they barely put any cheese on it so it’s just like eating plain bread. Not very enjoyable anymore. Sometimes, you will get a worker that makes them the way they should be all the time. Also, I don’t think you should have to automatically pay extra for the marinara sauce if you don’t want it. It should be...
Read moreFirst arriving, was Introduced to the establishment by a short Guatemalan girl working the register, I ask for 2 pepperoni pizzas & from previous experience I always check them in case it doesn’t always come out “the best”. Which they both were actually poorly made (terribly cut and runny pizza toppings). I told & showed her the pizzas. Without finishing my sentence she cut me off to reply saying “oh well it’s not my fault” in a snide remark. I replied telling her “ Im not saying it’s your fault”, “ Im just saying they’re not made well” so she tells me I have to wait 9 minutes which I do, than after she brings out some pizzas and sets them on the counter & tucks herself away in the corner and doesn’t say a word….She must not really enjoy working there cause she took very little effort in doing her job well…Soon after the manager starts to pick up on the situation and starts naming people out loud. After numerous names, the manager says the pizzas I’ve been waiting for, Are the one’s just sitting there on the counter..!! So I just had to wait until the manager got to me, when the employee could’ve executed her role in handing out pizza & serving the customer…(especially since I already payed out everything..) So, Just expect to wait extra time for poorly made pizza & Don’t expect the best service when...
Read moreThe employees didn't seem to know anything about Pizza 🍕. There were only 3 people in front of me, but I waited for over half an hour to get one of those pizzas that are supposed to be hot and ready All the time. And the pizza was so full of pizza sauce it oozed Grease like it had been dipped in grease. I'd take away both star's if I could. The wait was unbelievable. And the pizza definitely isn't getting any better. I'm upset because My family has been going to little Caesars since My boy's were in the lower digits (and they're in their mid thirties). It seems like the pride of your workplace that we all had,has definitely changed with the younger generation. 😢
Decided to give these guys a second chance. Hubby really wanted pizza 🍕 from here, so I went in to order. Ordered the Cheesiest most pepperoni pizza 🍕 and crazy bread . WOW! Was told the wait was about 20 minutes, Not a problem. I get my pizza 🍕 and the crust is almost black and there's absolutely NO pepperoni on it. Crazy bread was so hard I probably could have used as a hammer. Asked that it be done right and was told that they don't remake anything after the customer opens the box. After much back and forth, We Had to go somewhere else to eat because that food was inedible. Shame on...
