Subway — Restaurant in Wyoming

Worst subway experience ever! I went in today at noon to get 2 six inch subs. There was one customer being helped at the register and one getting a sub. I waited patiently while an employee put bread away and greeted me, then she went to the back and never came out again. The employee at the register went to the lobby to get a drink and then went to the back. The employee helping the other customer rang him up then changed her gloves and came to help me. She did the bread, meat and cheese and then a different guy came out of the back and started filling the veggies. I waited some more. A fifth employee came in from outside and clocked in then went to the gas station and never came back. The guy filling the veggies finally finished my sandwiches but didn't wrap them. He called for someone to run the register. The guy that went to the lobby before came out and said he was told to do meat so that's what he was going to do. After calling again for help the lady that was doing bread came out to ring up my sandwiches which still hadn't been wrapped. At this point I had been in the store for over 20 minutes and there was quite a line behind me. After all that, the subs were awful. The bread was hard and crumbly, even though they weren't toasted. The veggies were very soggy. It was just awful. I worked at Subway for years down town. We would be lucky to have 3 employees during lunch rush and had a consistent line out the door and it ran smoothly. Nobody had to wait 20 minutes...

There is usually a gentleman working the mornings and makes the food great and has great customer service skills. Today o went in and he was there helping another customer so a female employee waited on me. Firdt off let me say I will be posting pictures too but I have never got a footlong with only two shavings of meat on each side! I also paid extra for bacon to be added but she shouldn’t have cut my ham in half! The flat bread was to be toasted I don’t know what she called herself doing to it but again I will post pictures it definitely wasn’t toasted after two times too! Also when it came to the toppings she put three tomato’s on a footlong! Then they didn’t have any cucumber and since that’s what I put extra off on mine I would have liked to have known prior to ordering my food! The sauce she skimmed on and I threw half the sub away it was disgusting! I went to Subway today and I am 49 years old and I’ve been going subway throughout my life in the comments. I’m about to make it’s not against the workers because they are not the ones to blame.
