Was quoted a price over phone for meat but when I got to the store the price was 1.5 times more expensive. Felt as though I was cheated. I even remembered the woman's name that gave me the price. Talked to manager and he acted like I was not being truthful with him and basically told me that is the price and pay it don't did not even matter to him I drove from Wayland just to get it. So much for customer service pay the price or leave. Kinda feel like I was bated and switched. Guess if you have the product as consumers we pay the price or go without. Last time I buy from there. Or I will record conversations and demand the price...
Read moreGot a 5 lbs container of diced tomatoes we began making the recipe it was intended for trusting as we were useing it less then 3 hours after purchasing them that they were good and fresh We assumed wrong as when tasting the product by itself they were bitter and smiled like vinager they were so rotten that the dish we use ruined we called the store to inform them and the person I who told us we got the wrong tomatoes if if this was somehow out fault thos person was extremely rude and refused to listen to the issue at all which has not been our experianced here before as we come to this store...
Read moreI arrive at 7 AM. My appointment was set for 10:30 AM. I checked in at 7 AM and was not given the door until 11:15 AM . After I got a door, I removed the seal and I parked with the open doors on the dock after that you bring your paperwork to the receiving office. My truck was empty on 2 PM after that you leave at different exit . There is overnight parking for maybe 15 trucks make sure you come early or you might not be able to find any parking at the location but if you are coming from south there is two rest areas where you can usually find spots late...
