Sold me a van and ensured me the vehicle was running well, had no lights on on the dash, and his exact words were "It has no problems". I test drove it and it seemed fine. Not even an hour later, I see smoke coming out of the hood and find out a coolant line broke and they agreed to fix it. Then I took it home and all of a sudden I can smell coolant and see smoke coming out again, called him and told him and he said it was low coolant and not to worry about it, if that makes any sense at all. I opened the hood and almost all the coolant hoses had started leaking and spraying coolant all over the engine, (including the new one they put on...) and the check engine light came on immediately. Then found out that the entire rear strut was completely shot and had to be replaced. Was not told about any of those defects and issues, and I'm not 100% on it but pretty sure they just cleared the check engine light and ignored the ruined coolant hoses. When I followed up saying that this was not in the description and has way more issues then what was led on, they basically told me that its used, and not new. And I get that, but its also nice to know what I'm getting into before I buy it, which they lied about and probably already knew what was wrong with it but refused to say it.
When you tell someone that you're a mechanic and know the car has no major issues and is reliable and I pay you 5500, I expect I shouldn't have to sink another few grand into it...
This guy talked about karma and believed doing good will bring it back to him. Well he screwed me over so I hope karma does a good job...
Read moreThis dealer is a professional scam artist. I called and spoke with sales rep Mike about the 2022 Cadillac Escalade Sport they have listed in their website. I was told that this vehicle has clean title and clean car fax but they are selling it as consignment. Mike sent me Videos and pictures trying to convince me how nice of a vehicle . I was suspicious about this car because the price is very low in comparison to other 2022 Escalade in the market. After long research I found out they are trying to sell me a vehicle that has a lean on it. Totally fraudulent and I almost traveled from Tampa to Michigan to buy this car. Mike sent me the title picture and car fax, I called NY DMV since the title was a New York title. The NY DMV told me this Escalade has an open lien and loan unpaid. When I confronted Mike with this fact he acted surprised and said my manger will call you soon to assure you that this is not correct and that the title is free of any liens . I one called me and tried calling them back but they disconnected their phone number. I will upload pictures here of all the evidence. I will call the Department of Revenue and Michigan State police to report this scam dealership and make sure no one falls for...
Read moreIn our search to find my brother a good vehicle, for a good price, my father and I explored many dealerships. Out of all of them, we chose Go-Auto.
The owner of Go-Auto, Mark, exhibited many great qualities, which made working with him an absolute pleasure. He kept it real, and stayed transperent throughout our time together. Furthermore, Mark demonstrated himself to be a man of honor and integrity...
When we first visited Mark's dealership, he didn't have a vehicle we were interested in. Nevertheless, he said that if we informed him of what we were seeking, that he may be able to find it for us. Incredibly, shortly after we informed him of what we were looking for, he found it!
Mark went above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy our desires, and thanks to him we got the car that we were looking for, at a great price.
It's been several months now and my brother is very satisfied with his car.
PS Additional shout out to Josh for his...
