Wow! This place has really gone downhill. First, the person taking my order was extremely rude from beginning to end, she made me feel as if I was an inconvenience the entire time I was there. She seemed irritated that I had a punchcard filled for a free coffee. In the end, she charged me for my coffee anyway and couldn't seem to figure out how to re-run my credit card correctly. Eventually, she opened the cash register and gave me two dollars and some change back. When I got out to my car, I realized the coffee was barely lukewarm. Also, the egg on my breakfast sandwich was very cold. I ordered a sandwhich and could see the correct sandwhich was on their screen as I ordered. I got home and was given the incorrect sandwhich. My wife called and explained and was told to come back to get the correct one. She enters and two of the staff are waiting a a table to discuss with her how they are being nice and making the correct sandwhich and how it was my fault for ordering the sandwhich wrong. My wife asked to look at the order to confirm and they refused.

Read moreI do not recommend placing or picking up a DoorDash or Uber order. There is no management atmosphere or a system in place. When you place your order the worker will call out what food was made, but not your name as if only one person orders a bagel. They do not call out the names of completed Uber or DoorDash orders so your customers food or your food will sit there for 45 minutes to an hour. They lack a system of any kind. A pick up order I will be put on the back burner even though that customer paid before a dine in or carry out order.
Please change the management style. The more orders you complete the more money the company makes. Imagine if none of your Uber or DoorDash orders canceled. Imagine having all that increased profit. Imagine doing a good...
