Subway — Restaurant in Yakima

This place is very unprofessional they lied to my sister and I about the coupon policy and told us there was limited choices on what sandwiches we were able to get, then said that’s the same policy as every subway in Yakima and clearly it wasn’t my sister and I ended up going to the one on 40th by Fred Meyers’s and they treated us a lot better and didn’t have it where u we’re limited certain sandwich options you were actually able to get anyone you wanted and also build your own even when using the coupons, the workers on 40th are amazing they deserve 5 starts rating unlike the one on 16th and Lincoln very rude, dirty ,and there sitting there on there phones rather then taking orders right away once a customer comes into the store, also when they wernt very busy I heard the phone ringing when there was 3 workers there one could of easily answered the phone. I've always liked the food at Subway, and they do keep the place pretty clean. However, i wen't in at 8:43pm, on a day that is posted that they do not close until 10pm, and the employee just stuttered and said "uh... we're closed." no "sorry," and no explanation as to why the posted time is at 10pm and yet they were closing 1hr and 17 minutes early. Also, on days that i have been here in the middle of the day, the employees are extremely sloppy. They don't care at all about how they make the sandwich. they just cut the bread wherever making completely uneven top and bottoms, and they just throw everything in there. and to top it all off, when they fold the sandwich, they do it with such haste that half of the contents just fall out and get all over the outside...

If I could give zero stars I would. Went to pick up dinner and figured great place to grab it. Something somewhat healthy and a drive thru. I didn't want to get out of the car as I've been caring for a very ill puppy for 3 days and was in pajamas. The gentleman in the driverheu told me he would only make one sandwich if you ordered in the drive thru... so much for dinner for my boyfriend and I from here. He was rude and uncouth and made me want and actually drive to 24th and non hill instead of purchasing from this subway. I won't...
