Starbucks — Restaurant in Yakima

I hope this is seen by Charlie. I came to get my normal drink. I was the only one in line and there were two says. One of the baristas was doing paperwork right in front of me and the other one was back by the espresso machine. When the girl asked the other girl if she could bring me up, she said that she couldn’t because she was too busy cleaning. Send since she wasn’t listening and she was too busy cleaning I reminded her about what I specifically asked for in my drink and she rolled her eyes at me and said OK whatever. I know that this specific location has had a very hard time obtaining good employees but what I experienced today was incredibly below Starbucks standards, especially for an $11 drink. I only know this because I was a manager at Starbucks and I know what is expected of employee in that environment. Always great service. And always great coffee. Never Tastes burnt. And it’s always done fast. Even when they are busy. And their sandwiches are always cool through. Unlike some others. The only down side is the homeless that like to hangout and ask for money or if you can buy them something. or taking up sitting when it’s busy. Bathroom is always clean as well.
