Very knowledgeable staff and techs! If you need professional audio advice, this is the place to go. There is a tech here, that has worked on multiple sound units from my workplace, and he does an exceptional great job. We had a broken p.a. mixer and he gave us advice on what possibly was the problem. He nailed the problem, and everything is working great again....

They were very helpful and friendly while I was trying to get the date and time changed on our older model phone here at the office. The lady I spoke to even dropped off one of the handbooks for me. That was great...
