El Porton De Pepe — Restaurant in Yakima

We have tried to like this place but after last Friday evening, we're just not going to try anymore. I will only share my experience and not everyone who was at the table with us...which would make this review even worse. First of all, the berry margarita was too sweet to even drink. I left mine half full as did my friend. Second, I have ordered the spinach artichoke taquitos several times....there's always an issue....either they don't have the artichoke and/or the spinach and can't make the dish at all or they sub with asparagus (which I accepted but the dish was awful) and then this last time, the chipotle sauce was not edible as it tasted like it was 90% salt. NO ONE at the table could eat it. And then finally, although our table was $150+, we were charged for the extra dish of salsa...which was about 1/3-1/4 cup and NOT stated on the menu....so the feeling of being nickeled + dimed was tooooooo soon considering our overall experience. We're NOT going again and would recommend 50+ other Mexican restaurants in town for others to go to. I just can't with this place anymore and I'm not even...

If I could leave a zero star rating I would we went there and we got the worst service we sat down and ate our food as we were eating our food we found a hair in our food we were not sure if we had eaten any of the hair because it could’ve been longer it was all the way through the burrito and we had already took a bite we called someone over and showed them that it was a hair the hair was not our hair color anyone’s hair color that we were sitting at the table with they came over and they said no it’s not our fault it’s because you’re outside she said that she had her hair tied back so it could not have been her we also said that we don’t have that hair color what were what could she do she said she couldn’t do anything so we called for the manager she didn’t send a manager out because the manager was busy and we waited and waited but no manager she just said that she could just discount it that’s everything she could do we sat there and we still argued to see if we could get more done no one wanted to eat their food after that so we just paid in leaved we will not be going...

Just visited this restaurant last week and the food was amazing!. . Ive been their many times, but the food was really great. Service could have been a little better, but they had their hands full, with people but the waitresses were very nice, and polite. Tried new dishes, and they were excellent, and i noticed they had see food, which they hadnt had before, so that was a great plus. Over all experience was great. The outside seating (which i do not like to do at all) was very relaxing their, and the seats were the best plastic seats i ever sat on, super comfortable. It was clean as usual which is a biggy for me, and my family. We all had a great time, and the atmosphere their is real great. THIS WAS A GREAT MEAL FOR US, and we recommend everyone to go visit this fine...
