all time fav department store. what i love about bi-mart peaked 20 years ago and those patrons averaged the age of 70 back then. i feel in my bones, bi-mart will have a resurgence and i intend to leading it.
here are a few things i love: they always have items in stock, the cashiers are really friendly, the liquor and beer selection is pretty good, outdoor gear is good, pet section is deece, and don’t get me started on the seasonal house plants chef’s kiss
let’s take a mome to appreciate lucky number tuesday. i personally have never participated, but when my grandma moved to yakima in the late 90s, she taught me the thrill of it. recently, my friend’s husband won a sparkling cider on lucky number tuesday so you know what? it’s all about manifesting good things. unfortunately, my friend’s husband doesn’t like carbonation but fortunately does like riding the high of a random raffle win. who doesn’t?
probs my all-time favorite thing i ever bought here was my baja poncho seat covers for my 2007 subaru forester. don’t be deterred by the membership requirement, it’s $5 and it lasts until you die (god forbid).
in short, Bi-Matt saved me from Amazon (prices are better than Amazon, too). In the summer of 2018, i was able to quit Amazon all together thanks to bi-mart… i’m never looking back and i’m never going to stop loving this weird, whacky, and wild store.
legit, i could write a thesis about Bi-Mart and it would probably be a lot better researched than the thesis i...
Read moreJust received the worst customer service from the front desk associate she was very rude and unprofessional. My mother and I went to get a couple small things she went in maybe 10 seconds before i did while i was looking at the plants they had outside. When i attempted to go through the gate the lady checking cards who failed to check my moms promptly asked me for mine thats when i told her that my mom had just came through and she was the one with the card she then proceeded to be very very rude and in a high pitch mocking voice said "oh your mom has the card?" "does she have a bi-mart card" laughed mockingly to her co worker and then let me in. all while giving me this very very rude look while i walked through. i asked to talked to a manager but i dont feel like that was going to go anywhere definitely will not be going back. worst customer service all because of a rude untrained...
Read moreVery friendly place to shop. For most things, their prices compare with big box stores. Great selection of household & hardware items. Went out of their way to help us get wood pellets last winter at last minute at almost closing time. Sales & clearances are amazing. Its a store you'd not realize had so many interesting & useful items. They do utilize the membership program to get inside, but $5 buys you a lifetime membership for your whole family. They have beautiful flowers during spring & summer planting. Pet food is better prices than I found at Walmart. Don't just pass by if you've never been inside...its a must-shop store for your household needs. They do have some groceries as well. BiMart is employee owned store so they take pride in their work. Thank you BiMart for going the extra mile...its rare now days to get great service...
