Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The lady who runs the place, Christine P. ordered subway through Uber and I was her delivery driver. (They don’t even eat the food they serve.) Anyway I dropped it off with no problems and simply said have a nice day. 5 minutes later she calls me complaining that their cookies were not included. I apologized and said if they wanted a refund they can message Uber support. She then told me she would just give me a 1 star rating because I COULD in fact drive back to the subway and pick the cookies up. As someone who has completed over 1,000 trips for Uber I have never been asked to do this and was never expected to. The bag is given to me sealed up and there’s nothing I can do to inspect the contents without contaminating them. The funny thing is if she simply asked me to do this I would’ve been willing to. But instead she said she would give me a one star rating simply because I didn’t offer before she could ask? It was nonsensical but obviously meant to offend. I was just around the corner from the lariat so I pulled up and told her she should know better than to treat someone in the service industry like that. She said it was my fault and she didn’t have to take this from me, then she CALLED THE POLICE. For what? For holding her accountable for what she said to me. I even said that I would gladly have gone back to get the cookies if she asked but she wouldn’t listen regardless. Absolutely horrible, HORRIBLE service. The burger was mediocre let alone not completely done, & it tasted like a reheated house burger to me. There was barely any fries in the bag they put 'em in. The person making the order etc seemed like he was irritated, and very bothered I've came up there to order, & the vibe was like he saw a ghost as I asked him about the prices since I know for a fact the establishment still hasn't changed their billboard price menu that's outside of the place especially since everything has gone up so basically it's like they're naming their own prices on items that's on the menu, & it's not itemized on your receipt either etc. Overall it's not worth it, & better customer service is...
