This place is a trip. I sat here for 2 hours only for them to tell me they’re the wrong brakes I purchased from auto plus. Only for them to turn around and purchase the same brakes from auto plus that doesn’t fit my car. Couldn’t you figure that out before you allow someone to sit there for 2 hours. Still charged me $40. When the job was incomplete could at least charged half. That’s how you know when people hard up for money. You charge $40 to install brakes you didn’t install them. So you shouldn’t be entitled to all of the money. When you didn’t fully complete the job. You should get half. Because yall did half of a job. This is my second time coming here, and my last. First time they did my front brakes. They took a long time, and my brakes squeaked for a long time. It’s funny failed to put on the receipt that they ordered the wrong brakes as well the same exact ones I ordered from auto plus. Chris the owner called me back the next day. He found the brakes. So when you drive by you see this decent size place with a lot of broke down vehicles in the front yard. The parking lot has a bunch of potholes and the neighborhood isn't the greatest at least from the outside. But all that means nothing because if you take the time to go inside you will find nothing but kind-hearted people who just want to help you and they don't want to break your bank. Ever since I was informed about this place by my sister. I have been going and I haven't regretted it once. They are fast. I have not had that moment where they give you a price and you end up taking a gulp of air thinking about oh God. How am I going to afford this? The only thing is I wish that they had a bigger waiting room because I can only imagine if it got real busy. But other than that the staff there. I would recommend them to anybody who has any problems to go in there and get it checked out by people who actually care about the issue that you...

Im ALWAYS skeptical taking my cars in. I came to know OF Lopez thru others and unbeknownst to me- my own son happened to mention him in good faith as well. So it's where I go now. Recently I made the mistake of taking my car to Beasley Ford because it's where I'd purchased and had inspections in the past. Needless to say this car ...driven less then 4000 miles since LAST inspection there- failed with a list of numerous high priced "requirements"..From transmission stuff to axel etc. About 5 things plus recommended stuff. I withdrew and toke it to Lopez. Although it was unexpectedly there 5 days and the alignment required after completion of my ONE inspection repair- wasn't a service they provide... I'll keep going back. The recommended future maintenance was explained and priced out for me as well. I'm addicted.. I'll keep coming...
