We recently took our Girl Scout Troop 20365 to Keystone Kidspace in York, PA, and it was an absolute blast! From the moment we walked in, the energy and excitement were contagious. The space is so vibrant, interactive, and engaging—it truly feels like a playground for creativity and learning! The girls loved the hands-on exhibits, especially the science and art areas. It’s amazing how Keystone Kidspace combines fun with education, making it the perfect environment for kids to explore and discover without even realizing they’re learning! Whether it was experimenting with new gadgets or creating their own masterpieces, every girl found something they were passionate about.
Our host, Krista, was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, always ready to assist or encourage the girls to try new things. We were especially impressed by how she fostered independence and problem-solving while ensuring everyone felt included. As a troop, we’re always looking for experiences that inspire teamwork and creativity, and Keystone Kidspace exceeded our expectations. The girls are still talking about it and can’t wait to go back! Whether you're a Scout troop, a family, or a group of friends, we highly recommend Keystone Kidspace for an unforgettable day of fun and exploration.

Read moreMy 6 year old niece loved this place! I would say that the ideal age range would be 5-8. Although there are activities for kids outside of this age range most of them seem to be tailored to younger kids. A day pass here allows your kids access to crafts (no additional charge) about 8 tables of different types of building materials (magnetic blocks, Leggos, Kinex etc), a big play area meant to burn off energy, and several more side areas. It was a great day. You could easily spend 4 plus hours here. There are several bathrooms and family bathrooms that make it easy for kids and parents. Parking is also free and right across the street. They sell a few snacks here but not much, although you are allowed to bring snacks and water bottles with you. Lots of benches/ seating throughout for parents. You really can't beat it. Especially for the price. Great place to spend the day with the...
Read moreWe decided to take a chance on this place for my daughters 6th birthday, and we’re super glad we did.
This place is made for kids, and you could easily lose 3 hours in this place running from activity to activity. This is especially true if your kids are creatively inclined. You can literally use anything you see to make whatever you want in the maker spaces.
The staff was awesome, bathrooms were clean, parking is easy, and place is big enough that you don’t feel like you are right on top of each other.
I highly recommend checking it out with your kiddos. Next time we go, we’re gonna build a robot out of spare recyclables around...
