Impeccable service and products! I just recently purchased my first home in August and Comfort Zone Mattress fully furnished my home with everything from mattress, bed frame, night stand, dresser w/ mirror & a sectional couch…. Did I mention I moved out've state & they delivered 5 hours away ?! I don’t know many local family owned businesses who are willing/ fortunate enough to travel that far to satisfy their customers needs :) every single one of the products I sat down and ordered in store with staff, when delivered ended up coming with many surprises/ accessories I was not aware of. The bed stand drew my attention alone just from its amazing looks, come to find out it has Bluetooth and usb ports to connect and charge your phone. The night stands, you can place your phone on the center and they charge your phone & lastly the sectional has 3 seats that recline… where as I’m typically used to just the 2 ends reclining. 10/10 would recommend and will be making more purchases in the near future for sure! I called the store today and heard the nicest, most welcoming greeting! So great! I was calling because our surprise gift of bunk beds for our grandchildren were denied delivery today because of roadwork. They could have simply gone a different way but, refused. My daughter and son in law had already emptied their rooms of the old beds as soon as they left for school. I needed beds today! I called so many places and no one had any we could pick up today. When I called and Shawbooi answered I told him what happened and he immediately went into action. He called four different stores for me and didn't quit until he found what I needed. I received my new mattress and adjustable base form Comfort Zone Mattress LLC and I am very pleased. First of all I want to say that the Owners Montika and Halman are remarkable! They are so pleasant, kind, caring and genuinely nice. Montika went above and beyond to help me find a mattress to fit my specific needs as I explained my situation and she listened attentively . Not to mention the delivery young men (her sons) are very polite, courteous and explained everything I should know about the functions of the type of bed I purchased.
