Revised review: Originally 1 star due to no raffle system and secondary market sellers lining up to buy allocated bottles to flip for profit. This store is trying a new system to fix the poorly run prior one. The new lottery is better than prior, but not by much since they only hand the same number of tickets as the number of allocated bottles available. Therefore, a line still forms outside the store for the lottery tickets and if its a limited number of bottles, you wont get a ticket. A simple lottery with unlimited tickets handed out for 24 hours would get rid of the "line of people" forever. It would also still give everyone a fair chance at a nice bottle. Was told to come today on Monday October 7 for a ticket and the drawing would be Tuesday at 6pm. I drove 1.5 hours in traffic for the employees at the ABC store tell me I don't qualify because I'm not EMT, MILITARY OR A SERVICE MEMBER. They were not transparent from the beginning.
