I don’t know where to start! This job was for my sick elderly mother. I reached out through Yelp and Dean contacted me right away. He came out and gave an estimate. Price was very good but more than my mom could afford. He worked with me/her and we came up with a comfortable price and she would get financing through the company he uses. He allowed my mom to finance the down payment so no money upfront because she did not have it. She qualified for financing and he came out and did the work. Beautiful work, already her electric bill is down $250. Her electric bills were running at 500. He even reattached a vent hose that had fallen without us knowing. This is where this company and especially Dean blows my mind!!! After he did the work the finance company decided they wanted proof of her income. So he did the work and now received no money after the finance company approved her. I assured him he would be paid even if I had to borrow money he would get paid. He said he trusted me. It took me almost 2 weeks to get the paperwork he needed. With my mom being sick and me having to reach out to social security and her pension and hoping I got the mail before she threw it out, was not easy. He never once harassed me for the money, he said he trusted me and he waited. Well it all turned great! The work was done, I was able to get the paperwork needed and the financing went through. Dean is the most compassionate person I’ve ever done business with. He understood what we were going through with my mom and he worked with us. Yes his work was beautiful! For me though who he is is even more beautiful. We need more business people like him in this world. Compassionate, understanding , no money hungry and trusting. I’d recommend Dean again and again. I reached out to NC Foam Pros and heard back from the owner, Dean, the same day and he offered to come out the next afternoon for an evaluation and estimate. Dean showed up on time and went into my attic and explained two options that he could offer to help with our situation. I received quotes for both options the following day and by the end of the week, we were on the schedule. Dean and the young men that he brought with him, Henry and Jo, could not have been more professional, polite or respectful of our home and time. They showed up on time, did what Dean said they would do, cleaned up what little mess was made (and expected with blown in insulation) and were on their way to their next job in a couple of hours. Dean showed me everything that was done in our attic and we couldn't be more pleased. The communication was excellent throughout, the price was good, and the professionalism was top notch. Again, if you're reading this review as research for attic insulation (or anything that Dean and his guys offer) the research should end here. Reach out to them, you will not be disappointed. NC Foan Pros installed air flow baffles and additional blown-in insulation in my attic. The price quoted and paid was competitive. I chose NC Foam Pros because of the price, my reviews of his previous reviews, and mainly my trust in Dean, the owner, after talking and discussing the project with him. Dean does what he says he is going to do and when he says he is going to do it, and he does it with pride. Before completing the project, I needed to move stuff stored in my attic and some furniture I no longer needed to a storage unit. Dean offered the use of his box truck and four of his employees to help me with this moving task. This offer by Dean was not part of the attic insulation contract but was a thoughtful and generous offer by Dean to help me out.
