Greensburg Bike Shop — Local services in Youngwood

I came here a couple months ago with 2 bikes. 1 kids bike and 1 adult bike. I had the bikes there for a few days and called at the end of the week to see if they were looked at yet. The guy said “no” they will look at them next week. That was no problem for me. I had then asked for the prices and after hearing the cost, I told the guy to only work on the kids bike because I didn’t have the money to do both. I thought it would have been cheaper, that’s why I told him that. I told him that I will pick up the adult bike on the beginning of the week and by that time, I was called by another guy at the shop stating that he checked both bikes and said what they both needed. I told this other guy that I told the first guy to not do that bike because I’m picking it up. When I picked up the adult bike, everything was loose and I didn’t drop it off like that. Both breaks were loose and not put back how it was. I can’t even ride my bike now because I don’t know how to fix it. I’m really upset that they undid things after I said not to do anything to that bike and they didn’t put it back how it was when they received it. Now on the other hand, the kids bike...

Sam was the only Bike Shop operator who listened to me and offered options. I am76 n have had both knees replaced so have limits on ability-much as I dislike it! Sam said he had a couple bikes that may work for me and for me to come down n check them out. He said he would put a motor on which ever one I liked. I have the Perfect bike for me and the motor is beyond anything I expected. My bike has a low step thru which is perfect for this old body. The motor is so easy to learn and to operate! It is smooth and quiet. I can do petal assist, which adds power to what I do on my own and is an excellent knee exercise or I can use the throttle and smoothly bike off down the path! I am simply amazed and very impressed by this whole event in my life! Talk about having a door opened you....WOW! Sam has done a great job for me. I highly recommend him and his shop. If there are any other older folks out there who are longing to get a bike n Just Go... go...

I highly recommend this shop ! I made the mistake of buying an ebike from Amazon and it quit working this year. I stopped into this shop to ask about getting it repaired and the Gentleman that was working took the time to talk to me about my bike and he made suggestions as to what might be wrong. I was able to obtain a PAS sensor from the company I bought the bike from and changed it myself and got the bike back on the trail in a couple of days. This man did not have to help me but he did and did so with the utmost respect and kindness ( there isn't a lot of that around anymore. When I need a new bike this is the only business I will even consider going to and I will suggest this business to everyone I know.
