As a doordasher I will never come here again. I checked in for the order I was there to pick up. The cashier was not happy I was a delivery driver and was rude to me. I asked what the estimated wait time was. She said she had no idea. I think she may have had a few hard customers or a bad day. I wait for 30 minutes and ask again what the wait time is and she says they are working on the order. Meanwhile every walk in or call in customer gets served in a few minutes time. After 40 minutes the order is ready. I ask the same girl if doordash is made after every other order and she said yes, food delivery app orders are the last priority. So potentially you could be waiting until the location closes if they have steady walk in or call in customers. The doordash customer was super upset with the restaurant and me as the driver. They made it very clear that they wouldnāt be ordering from this restaurant again. As someone who comes in with family or gets it for work meetings at my office job I will also not be returning to pick up orders through doordash or as a customer. The girl I spoke to 3 different times had no reason to be rude or confrontational. I didnāt raise my voice, confront her, or say anything I feel would influence her reactions. As I was leaving she followed me to the door and kept saying it wasnāt her fault. If this is the owner or managerās rule it isnāt your fault. But when I asked you twice instead of saying youāre working on it be honest and say doordash is the last order you are making and I couldāve been there for even longer than the 40 minute I was waiting. The staff is not friendly; they don't even say thank you. They act like you are an inconvenience for being there, even when it is dead inside. It does not matter how friendly you are. Unless you are one of the employees, the people working there don't want anything to do with you. Despite this, I kept going back because the food was good.
Yesterday, I added avocado to my sandwich (and paid an extra 1.25 to do so), and it was so hard it sounded like an apple when I bit into it. I had to take it all off it was so hard and disgusting. Every piece was hard, and nowhere near ripe.
