i will give them no stars! but i need to so you guys can see this post. my mother goes there a lot and i went there and the staff SOMETIMES NOT ALWAYS are friendly ilike to shop in peace not when staff is following you around to see if you are going to steal anything. i also asked to use theire restroom and they said they had merchandise blocking the door then i wonder how the hell they used it ha excactly its not for customers only for staff so if you go there dont count on them letting you use it. i was also looking at some sticker stones and the one i wanted was all the way to the back so i pulled all the ones in the front then i put them right in front of me but i forgot to hang them back up when i was checking out the ownwer said next time put back because it cost him 6 dlls of time putting them back and he is so lazy he doesnt want to do it he told me next time ok i looked at him like this is bussiness i said we buy you guys organized your merchandise is not like i was doing on purpose but i found that to be very rude if they dont want a mess or are to lazy to work then he should CLOSE THE STORE and be lazy but you dont tell your customers hey it cost him money and time to hand a few stones back in place then i wonder how the hell you stock if you dont like it. i know it may seem like one dollar is not alot but in time it does add up i wont go there anymore plus he charged me for an item that i didnt received when called them he said he didnt charge me but he did and kepted it and rude on the phone not nice he hung up on me when i asked for the item if you go there ASK FOR A RECEIPT AND COUNT YOUR ITEMS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! look at the receipt make sure your not getting screw i wont go there again they lost four customers and they will keep on loosing the...

I stopped by here after taking my dog to the vet as it was on the way home...I put my dog into the top part of the cart and went in as it was hot outside and I was not going to leave my dog in the car...I also had my young son with me as well...as soon as I walk in the door a man who appeared to be some kind of manager gave me a weird look and then told me I could not have the dog in the cart...I asked him where he would like me to put the dog then and he said I must carry by 20lb dog while I am there...so here I am carrying my dog pushing a cart with a small child running around while trying to shop...of course my arms start getting tired after awhile and I keep having to switch arms while my child is pushing the cart into everything he sees...then when I go to check out I went to get into a lane and noticed that the light was off even though people werei can say in front of me...so as I am trying to maneuver my way out of the lane as I am assuming the check out lady is closing the clerk gives me a horribly dirty look like I have done something wrong...the only person there that I can say was nice was the other clerk who was a man and was very friendly...sadly to say I think I will go to the dollar tree instead as the staff is always very friendly there...very poor customer service skills at this 99 cent store...I did nothing to deserve to be treated so badly and I am hoping they treat other customers with much more respect...

I have been a customer of this store for a long time, but a recent experience has me debating on whether I will be in the future. I have observed these guys overcharge me before, but it was always made right and could've been an honest mistake, but this time I observed it happen to both customers ahead of me in line. Then with a smile and a "hey buddy!" the cashier proceeded to ring me up very quickly and overcharge me. Well, hey buddy, I can do math. You overcharged me. I was first told it was tax, then $0.10 for a bag, either way it was $0.20 more than I owed and that was that. I imagine that this is a common practice here and if they can overcharge everyone that comes in an extra dime or two it adds up at the end of the day, the month, the year... It's not the $0.20, that's not going to make it break anyone, it's the principal. Its stealing, theft by fraud, and they smile and call you buddy as they do it. So if you want to line the pockets of a shady dishonest shop keeper go ahead. I don't think I'm going to participate. There are plenty of other discount stores in town with the same cheap imported junk as this place to shop at...
