This business is unethical as their 15% discount for service members is a lie. See the attached photo on which the board clearly mentions 15% discount for military personnel. However, the first time we bought hookah products over 20$, they gave us a discount. The second time, they denied us discounts by stating that they don't do discount on tobacco products (Seriously, it's a VAPE shop with 98% tobacco products. Also, we wonder why the denial policy didn't apply for the same products on the first visit???). Anyhow, yesterday, on our third visit, they said each product needs to be above 20$. Note: we shopped above 20$ on our every visit, but they do not honor their own business practices. The girl at the store was impolite. When we pointed the shop policy to her, she didn't care and said that it's not her problem. Regret giving business to such unethical, rude, and imprudent people. They shouldn't have the right to fool anyone, especially service members, by luring people through lies and unethical...

WARNING! I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE. TRY ANOTHER VAPE SHOP OR GO DIRECTLY TO PRODUCT MANUFACTURER. I went in to purchase a Geek Vape and batteries on 2/6/2025 to find out that the vape button only works intermittently. I brought the Geek Vape back the next morning with the receipt and the young lady who sold it to me was there and remembered me but stated that there was nothing she could do and that I would have to contact the manufacturer myself. I asked if they stood behind the product they sell and she said Yes but all sales are final and again told me to contact the manufacturer. They had several on display and it seemed to me that if they really did stand behind the product they sold, that she could've simply replaced it for me. I had walked in to buy a whole glass kit for my partner for Father’s Day, and she helped me out a lot with giving me price differences, and letting me see what the separate bowls looked like on the glass piece with the ash catchers and all.
