KFC — Restaurant in Yuma

Idk who's working at this location these days but every time we ask for a mix of original and crispy, white meat only, they give us a mix of white and dark meat. And we were asked to wait near the exit for them to bring it out (about 15 minutes) and they still got it wrong. Please, triple check your orders if you come here because who knows if they got it right. Ordered on the app for pickup at 5:00 pm. Went to pick it up at 5:06 pm. They had already given my order to someone else. After losing it a bit and having the cops called on me. I picked up a 8 pieces meal tonight. The woman who took the order was friendly, professional, and courteous. Service 5 stars. The food, however, was nasty. The chicken was soggy with oil to a point when the batter started to come off. What is fried chicken without that crunchy batter? Also, it was covered with these black burnt pieces of oil particles that make my tongue felt numb after eating just two pieces. They must not have changed the oil since who knows when.
