Bought a couch and a dining table and chairs from them. Table was floor model that had a broken piece (due to order times being 6 months). They offered to replace the whole folding piece but when the woodworking guy came to fix it, the correction was not what was discussed. When I called to confirm, she got rude and said that they would just come pick up the table and chairs. Who treats customers like that? I want it fixed like we discussed or at least communicated with on what was changed and why.
