I went in with a perfectly good working phone just needed my screen replaced because it was cracked. I paid 350 some dollars for my phone to not work not even 12 hours later. I took it back because it had no physical damage done. He took it apart in front of me and showed me that his screen was not the problem it was my phone but failed to tell me The day he fixed it the first time that my phone was the problem and now he is trying to get more money out of me so he can “fix it” again. He gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to fix it again and it would cost more than what I owe on my phone to upgrade on a new one. This place is a JOKE. I was scammed. I ended up taking the broken phone to another place and they told me there was nothing wrong with my phone and put a new screen on it so now I have two phones, that work. Would give zero stars if I could. Also as I was there when he was taking apart my phone another customer came up with another problem saying he forgot to put their power button back on and he hasn’t been able to use his phone because of that if that...

Worst mistake of my life. I went there. He “fixed it”, by putting on the wrong colored screen. Forgot to hook something up so my front camera didn’t work. Said It was because I didn’t update my phone. Or reset settings yet I did. Broke / burnt part of the sensor on the home button on the inside so it didn’t work what so ever. Then blamed it on me. Saying he didn’t know if it was like that before. ?? I asked for a refund. At first he said they do them. Then he tried everything he could to not give me one. Then said he doesn’t do refunds. Offered to put my old screen back on and less than half my money back. But by that point without a home button my phone wouldn’t work what so ever. I went to ishattered and he told me the same thing happened to him. He fixed my home button and put the RIGHT screen on my phone. I suggest never going to the guy...

I went in last night to get my front camera replaced because it was cracked the man said $55 to get the front camera fixed but if he did that then the whole screen would need fixed because it would crack the whole phone so I said that was fine we can just replace the whole screen and I asked how much it would be he said $164 so I went and got the money from my bank and went back and he told me $200 so I have him all the money he fixed my phone and I went and picked it back up went out to the car got back home and my whole screen started shaking I tried to call the guy back he didn’t answer. I do not recommend this place to get any repairs done...
