Sunday, August 28, 2022: worst experience with the worst server ever. I reminded myself why I havent been here for so long lol. Young, liar, brat server with attitude of entitlement and hurt feelings should not be working in food service industry. She messed up such a simple order, didnt like the feedback and retaliates instead of apologizing. Terrible attitude from her that made us upset and we returned with attitude. We didnt come here for poor class behaviors from this ridiculous little girl. She cant get easy orders right. Duh! Manager was nice and told us he would discuss her attitude with her. For every action is a reaction. Her actions caused our reaction, she was provoking us. Worst service and server ever! We came in for drinks, wings and tator tots. We got messed up food order and aweful service and attitude from a ridiculous, self entitled little girl server who cannot handle her mistakes. Terrible person, service. We will not be back to this establishment in Zanesville
April 2021: Was a pleasant dining experience. Tried the street tacos for the first time here and was pleasant surprised. Bar service was wonderful.
January 16, 2021 Experience: Service and food has improved. We were in this evening for dinner. We enjoyed the hot served food and the cold served drinks. Veggies looked good too! My granddaughter was happy and that's very important to me. Server was pleasant and atmosphere was good. Social distancing at the front entrance was not practicing the 6' rule. Groups in bunches huddled and other customers coming in not even 2' behind them. A real cluster for those leaving too. Someone should be assigned in front to enforce the covid rules as other B-Dubs in Columbus do.
First week of January 2021: Stopped in between errands couple times this week for a tall Rhinegeist Truth and large order tater tots. JANUARY, barkeep/server was nice.
2020 Experience: As far as B-Dubs here in Zanesville on Brandywine Blvd... Food is mediocre (had so much better at other wings places). Prices increased while quality and quantity decreased. Menu style and pricing change often. Wings are small and previously frozen, overcooked a lot of times, as well as overpriced. Hit or miss on service (mostly miss). There are a few servers as well as a manager that need to be re-trained on good customer service and professionalism. Their rudeness and I-hate-my-job attitude is very unbecoming. Families don't come here to experience such behaviors. However, there are some that are pleasant. Atmosphere (as in decor and lighting) of establishment is nice for being a sports bar - restaurant. Would be better if staff would change their demeanor to a pleasant one. More frowns than smiles from them. Have many screens to choose from. Disappointed most of the time when food finally arrives to our table. Wrong order, forgotten order, cold food due to forgetting about our table, rotting vegetables served (must've forgotten to clean out their inventory), sloppiness of presentation. Not attentive to clearing off tables periodically. They ignore them till you say something, then we receive attitude. Observe same poor service from other tables, booths, customers nearby. Odd thing is, that when it wasn't busy, they were just talking to their friends/co-workers instead of taking care of their customers. Good place to go to meet up on occasion with a group of friends to catch a game and enjoy fun and spirits. B-Dubs in Columbus are much better with food quality and presentation as well as good, pleasant service! Would NOT dine here (North Zanesville location) if it weren't for the children and/or friends who want to come to watch the games. I'd prefer a BW3's in Columbus. If locally, Old Falls Inn or The Barn for good wings with prices that won't leave your wallet empty! Their bar carry a nice range of beers on tap, one of which, Guinness, being my fave! I believe only 3 or 4 places in both Zanesville and S. Zanesville, carry Guinness on tap. Happy reading and hope we...
ย ย ย Read moreIt's a standard corporate "family friendly bar and grill" just like so many that are closing and this location smacks of decline as well. Quality of food preparation can swing wildly. The wings rarely are less than "good" but other food can be downright poor. By far my greatest personal complaint however is their positively asinine policy that a single person cannot order a (reasonably priced $5) 48oz pitcher of beer but rather must order two 24oz glasses of beer at $4 each and management laughably tells their servers this is a liquor law. New servers are so afraid that this week for the second time now a new one has, despite waiting to be joined by other members on my party and despite our dining on the patio, SPIED on us and who was drinking what. This time, she actually tattled to the kitchen manager who came out and TOOK MY PITCHER! He refunded my $5 though and since I'd already filled my 24 oz glass, I just ordered another one for $4 which ultimately saved me $1 but it's just not worth the confrontation and our party has chosen another location to meet up next Monday night. When we're one of only five or six parties on a weeknight it's easy to see how desperate corporate policies like that one filter down through even more desperate local management to actually hasten the decline of these kind...
ย ย ย Read moreThis was one of the worst dinning experiences Iโve had. I called before we came in to make sure we had enough time to eat before they closed they said we were fine. Right off the bat our server was rude and you could tell she wanted to leave and didnโt care at all. She also messed up my order. The waitress that brought our food out ended up dropping the whole tray of food. So we had to wait for the food to be remade. The food wasnโt that good ether my chicken was very dry. The worst part was we were close to being done eating and the waitress came over and told us the manager told her to bring us boxes cause they closed a few minutes ago. It was 10:01 they closed at 10... So we said ok and were trying to hurry up and finish and not even 2 minutes later the manager comes over and rudely says heโs kicking us out. Mind you we havenโt even paid yet. So we boxed up our food payed and left. They really gave us 10 mins to eat our food. If you have to have all of your employees out by ten stop taking orders and letting people in at like 9 or 9:15 not 9:30. Iโm a server and I know this is not how you serve people or manage a restaurant. Our servers name...
