I went shopping at the mall the other day and I purchased over $100 worth of items from VS.... I decided to stop by TJ Maxx on my way out and found a dress I wanted to try on that was on clearance for $6.00. I carried the dress over to the fitting room where I approached the guy working the counter. I told him I had one item and reached my hand out for the tag to take back to the fitting room. The store also lied to us saying the number online was too late to call and wouldn’t let us call while we were in the store. I went home and called and learned the online customer service is 24/7 and the reason for my coupon not working was totally different from the bizarre story the manager made up. It’s one thing if they didn’t know and just admitted so; but lying to customers just to get rid of...
