I entrusted Ella's Alterations with the monumental task of altering my wedding dress, and I couldn't be happier with the results. PS: The only thing I would suggest, is that if you're getting a bustle added, get ties instead of hooks, as mine slipped off whenever I sat down, or hoisted my dress up. But it was my choice...

I am truly grateful to have found Ella's Alterations. Ms. Ella is one of the kindest, most professional people I have ever met. Not only is Ms. Ella a dynamic professional with true craftsmanship, making the impossible, possible, she is also a genuine person who cares about the people that grace her business. From my time knowing Ms. Ella and seeing her interact with not only myself, but with the others individuals that ask for alterations, she honestly cares about YOUR project. If it means someting to you, it means something to her... and her work speaks for itself. Personally, I had brought Ms. Ella a costume I wanted altered and customized. It was for my Daughters Birthday, I was dressing up to embrace the theme of her birthday. I went to Ms. Ella with all of these ideas and the oversized costume... well, she spent time getting to know how much this occasion meant to me, she got to know me, and then what I was looking for, regarding the costume... After about a week, actually i think it was a day or two before she said it would be completed, I received a phone call from Ms. Ella stating that the costume was completed. Would you know, it was exactly what I wanted, I mean exactly. Ever since then, I have entrusted Ms. Ella for all of my alteration needs. The funny thing is... she is the same person then, as she is now. Caring, compassionate, professional, and an exceptional seamstress! Thank you Ms. Ella for being you... You are appreciated and you are...

My wife got her alterations done through this company and they completely removed the button fastens on the back which messed up the symmetry which we noticed after the wedding. Upon contacting her she claimed all she could do was fix it after the fact and offered no reimbursement for a very expensive service. Nothing worse than paying a lot of money for something done incorrectly. I would not recommend.

Response to owner: One appointment my wife was late to due to our 3 month old. She forgot her dress and had to reschedule. If your policy is to charge you should have followed your own policy. However, there would be no issue if you did your job correctly. Owner also knew that my wife just had a baby and took on the job knowing that it was likely there would be a few adjustments. Also, not that it matters but owner lied about "threatening" her for poor reviews. You were getting a poor review anyways for a poor job done. This just made it look...
