I purchased 2 phone cases (for a rip off price of $53.00) and asked for their return policy in case I needed to return one. The man working told me the policy is within 7 days so long as the item is not broken or damaged. I went back the next day return one of the cases and the same guy told me he couldn't refund me the price, that they could only exchange it. He then tells me that the only person who could process the exchange was the store manager. I made 3 trips to the store within the 7 days and even called before hand to get the hours of the store manager. Finally, on the 7th day, after I made 3 trips that week without her being there, I called and spoke to her over the phone. She said there was nothing she could do since they were closing and tomorrow would be passed the 7th day for an exchange. I asked for a way to get in touch with their corporate office and was told they didn't have one. I called metropcs customer service line and was given the contact info for their corporate office. Surprisingly, they would not give us a refund. The employee, Keith, was great and tried calling the managers to get their approval for a refund and they refused to refund our money. Very poor customer service to treat us that way. We bought tablets and phones from that store and we will be upgrading our phones but we will not purchase anything else from that store even though Keith was one of the best employees we have ever dealt with. Receiving a very bad internet connection!!! I have called the 611 number five times over the last month.. they say that they're upgrading their towers, they stated it would be fixed in a few hours 2nd phone call.. it might take another week. One excuse after another!! I had to go into a local store to download my updates!!! Store employee said there is no longer a corporate office. No district manager!!!
