Breakfast Station — Restaurant in Zephyrhills

We came in last week, and this is 100% all-around, an awesome restaurant! It's located in Zephyrhills,FL not Dade City. I'm a Florida State University graduate with a Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Hotel and Restaurant Management. With all my training and experience, please believe me when I say that you can't do much better than Breakfast Station for breakfast, brunch or lunch in terms of service, food quality, atmosphere & management! Breakfast Station is EXTREMELY well managed & EVERYTHING to me about this place was as close to perfect as a restaurant can be. We didn't have to wait however if you go & find it's busy, then go earlier, or try calling first and ask the restaurant staff the best times to come in or the best way to proceed, so you don't have to wait. I read all the reviews and the MAJORITY of them---5 stars⭐which is right from our experience. The ones that weren't 5 stars (& there were VERY FEW), were about food stuff. If food isn't up to par tell your server you need to speak to a manager or if you can't wait for a server, then get up and find a manager so they can comp your meal or make it right. They can't read minds- you have to tell them. That's what managers are there for! I know as I was a restaurant manager for a very long time before I became a stay at home mom. You're doing an excellent job at this restaurant guys & gals! Believe it!

I loved my pancakes and my young son really loved his crispy bacon, eggs and french fries. It was a delicious meal and great service & great timing getting food out. A special "thank you" to you all for being so sweet to my son, who has special needs. He felt right at home. I think all people should feel welcome at a business & he did. He also loves trains & loved your train theme at your extremely clean restaurant. Trains are a very CLEVER theme for your Zephyrhills establishment. Why? It reminded me of The Abbott Station Train Station, which is a historical Zephyrhills landmark! I think Breakfast Station is as close to a PERFECTLY run restaurant as you'll ever find folks. Thanks to every staff member there & the managers for our FUN & AMAZING experience. No restaurant is perfect all the time, but the Breakfast Station of Zephyrhills comes pretty darn close! Very disappointed in the service I received today. I typically get to go orders from here but decided today to dine in and treat a family member from out of town. Boy was I embarrassed that this was the place I chose to take my out of town guest. The food was delicious however the service was awful ( at least with our waitress) right off the bat she forgot my Mothers drink, which she never did remember to bring. she seemed to cater to one particular table that was sat after us, (guessing they were friends of hers) getting their drinks, food order first and even checking on them more, in fact we were only checked on once and by that time I had to tell her I needed boxes and a check because I just had surgery a few days ago, thought I could go out to breakfast but it seemed too much and I wasn’t feeling well and needed to go. She brought the boxes, but no check, finally got the check from her and I immediately walked up to pay it, rather than her coming to cash me out after knowing I really needed to go and that it was hard for me to stand, she went back to tending to other people and I had to wait at the register 5-7 minutes. Don’t know if this lady just didn’t care, had no common sense or just doesn’t care about making any money (cause she certainly didn’t get a good tip from me) but I think I will stick to my to go orders from this place from now on! I would give a definite 5 stars for the food, but about 3 for service, and the only reason it’s that Many is because the other servers constantly stopped by asking if I wanted...
