T.J. Maxx — Local services in Zionsville

I had an unfortunate experience with one of the sales associates. The store itself is very organized so props to the floor managers, but please train employees on how to approach customers. I was looking at the makeup when I was LOUDLY accused by an older female associate of putting foundation on my skin. When I told her I didn’t put any makeup on my hand and showed her my hand, she proceeded to say “I saw you put it on there”. I again told her no I didn’t and she then says “well it looked like you did”. By this point customers were staring at me for something I did not do. I immediately felt embarrassed and angry for being accused of something I did not due and to accuse someone raising your voice in front of customers, is unacceptable. As much as we love shopping at TJ Maxx this is a feedback on the utterly rude and unacceptable behavior of one of their cashiers (withholding the name) that we received yesterday at their Whitestown store in Indy. We were there to return a merchandise and the kind of awful behavior we were subjected to we still cannot overcome that terrible experience. The person demonstrated a very bad attitude, was rude to us and also ended up saying some inappropriate language that we could not exactly decipher but it was in a very bad taste. I sincerely request the store management to take this feedback very seriously and take a disciplinary action against the cashier.
