Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Indiana

First time we had food there it was great. Second time, it wasn't nearly as tasty. The pimento cheese is meh. I agree with the person who said the quality has gone down since the initial opening. Furthermore, I was lied to and charged for something extra without the cashier calling it out. I only discovered it on my bill after the transaction was complete and handed a receipt. I called this out and nobody knew how to refund me the money. The cashier kept blaming me saying that I was "confused". I waited about 10 minutes for multiple workers to try and figure out the system without avail. The manager at the time asked me to come back the next day because the GM was not there and they didn't want to call him. The next day I went in, a cashier was able to refund me the money but did not offer any apology or offer me the GM when I asked for a manager initially. I know this is a new restaurant but they definitely need to train their employees better and not lie and inconvenience their customers. I was introduced to chicken salad chick’s when I was on a family vacation and we stopped in the city of Palm Harbor Florida. Not only were the staff friendly, but also extremely helpful since it was our first time in there. This was several years again.

Since that time, I have found other places/locations and have enjoyed the same service and hospitality.

My latest location was in Indiana. That location was in Whitestown right off of Route 65. The place was clean, the bathrooms were immaculate, and the food as always was delicious. I had the classic chicken salad and my girlfriend had one that had bacon in it. I think that’s going to be the salad I get the next time I pass by this location. When this location first opened it was run so nice. An older couple was here all the time making sure things ran smoothly. Now it has gone down hill quickly. The hours constantly change and they’re incorrect on Google. This place is filthy. We had to clean our own table which had not been cleaned clearly for several sittings. They are out of both salads that I order, broccoli salad, pasta salad, and strawberry lemonade so that was disappointing. I’m not sure if they sold it to someone else, or they just checked out and are letting it go because they can’t find employees…. But this location is sadly failing.
