Hobby Lobby — Local services in Zionsville

My wife had some shopping to do at another nearby store. I was sitting outside in the parking lot shopping on Amazon for some candy molds particularly candy bar molds. When I looked up out my window I saw hobby lobby. I thought hmmm it's $13.00 a mold on Amazon I wonder if this store has such things. By the way my wife was buying make up at Ulta so I knew I had plenty of time to check. The first thing I noticed about the store was it was well lit and very organized. I was surprised how busy a hobby store could be. The customers were all dressed up and looking sharp. I wouldn't get dressed up for a hobby store very interesting 🤔. I found the candy bar molds, and hu wee they were on sale. I was going to go to another store and buy the chocolate but lucky me right next to the candy molds the had candy wafers for melting on sale for $1.99 what a bargain. I got 2 candy molds, and the candy for the price of one mold on Amazon. Greatest time I ever spent waiting for my wife to...

They were awesome. We rushed in 15 minutes before closing time, to grab a few things for a memorial service and to decorate my parents house before they came home from Texas. My husband and I divided and conquered. We got to the register after closing time. They asked if we found everything we were looking for. I explained that I needed some felt sheets, they took me all the way to the back of the store to get them, because we couldn't find them. They didn't rush us, and were so polite waiting for me to grab the felt and rush back to the register to finish our purchase. The cashier, a girl from another department, and the manager were so nice, didn't at all act like we were bothering them by then it was 15 minutes past closing time. They get an A+ and extra credit. Love this store!!! I always say when I’m rich I’m gonna buy so many things there lol they are quit pricy on MANY home items, even though they always have a sale and maybe it brings their prices to more average, I’m not sure but compared to something being much more affordable so it’s a toss up. But I love even browsing and do often. I have I have been in there a couple times at closing and knowing they are about to. One because I read and they said so but they kept coming on the intercom every min or two literally and saying. Which was frustrating because I got it the first time and it made me feel like they just wanted the last few gone. I know they are ready to close but they have hours for shoppers for a reason and not for the last 15 mins to make u feel awkward and flustered.
