While I really love Chick-fil-A, this was not a normal Chick-fil-A experience. This is a brand new store and they are still going through the growing pains of a new facility. Please keep in mind that they were training at almost every station. We dined inside and the line was 2/3 to the door, which was probably about 20 or 25 ft away from the registers. It took close to 15 min for us to get to the register. While waiting, we observed that some of the trainees had not mastered the customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for. One cashier trainee brought out dipping sauce to a patron and just dropped it on the table and then turned and left without talking to the patron. Also, for as many people were working (I saw at least a dozen in the store), the facility was not the normal clean that you see. There were dirty tables and floors in some areas. Our ordering experience was good and our food came in a reasonable time frame. The food quality was excellent as expected. After we ate, we went through the drive thru to get food for our daughter as we didn't want to wait for the internal line which by now was almost to the door. The traffic pattern didn't flow well and we ended up spending about 15 min before we received our food. All personnel in the drive through were cheerful and professional as is normal for Chick-fil-A and the food was excellent too.
