I have been a loyal customer at this nail salon for several years, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. From the reception staff to the nail technician's professionalism and service quality, everything was subpar.

This time, I opted for manicure and pedicure with gel polish. During the pedicure, the nail technician accidentally trimmed too much, causing pain to my cuticle. I immediately reported this, and the technician apologized, which I initially understood. However, later on, my cuticle started to bleed slightly, and when it came into contact with the nail polish chemicals, it stung painfully. At this point, the reception staff apologized and offered me a massage voucher for my next visit. I was dissatisfied with this solution because I felt that any compensation should be applied to the current service, not for a future visit.

The reception staff then consulted with the store manager, who decided to only charge me for the nail polish and give me a discount of 100,000 VND on the foot care service. Since this was the best compensation they offered, I accepted it. However, during the subsequent nail polish application, my wound continued to sting.

As a customer who has trusted this nail salon for many years, this experience was truly disappointing. I hope the salon takes customer feedback seriously and provides more professional and responsible service...

it is good atmosphere and surroundings. the staff does everything thats in their power of understanding, they do miss your wishes (prob not on purpose) picky ones to note! for ex, i asked if it is a full brazilian wax or only bikini bc in my understanding bikini is only the front. the host said yes yes suree (agreeing that it would be a brazilian?) which ended up to be a bikini one. i also warn that dying my eyebrow should take longer than average eyebrow she confirmed. after, when i made a comment that i want darker eyebrows bc they werent all equally dyed nor dark enough they started cleaning them all of a sudden:)) after a 2nd explanation they finally put more colour and fixed quickly the mistake. i understand it was the language barrier with the lady who was actually taking care of my eyebrows so thats why before hand i communicated everything with the host. when the host asked what drink do i want - coffee with milk but after the treatment if thats OK - "yesyes suure thats ok", the drink arrived while the treatment which is nothing bad since it is iced either way, but after the treatment when i had a sip - it was "fruit tea" so.. all in all they do the job. but i wont be back simply bc it was too much effort for me to keep asking and explaining :) i am sure they are perfect at completing the task the way...

I was happy to find this place after a long search. Clean, good choice of services, the personal is nice.

I came for manicure (regular polish with base, light color + top). It was done quite inaccurate: the specialist can’t work well with regular polish. But they recognized it and granted me discount for next visit.

I removed the polish at home after 5 days and was shocked with color of my natural nails under the polish. You can see on the photos. Nothing helped me to whiten it. So, I have to make dark polish now until the nails grow.

I reported the problem to this spa over Zalo. But they never come back to me.

Update: I have received refund of this service from the salon. And they tried to revive my nails free of charge. As they proposed to work my nails with the fine file I was afraid that this procedure would thin my nails. So they make slight polishing. Means my nails are still yellow but less. The stuff was very attentive though. Thank you for that. Sorry that it happened only after the review. If reaction would follow in time no review appears at all.
