Our service was incredibly, incredibly slow. We had booked a table for our group beforehand, and yet we had to wait over an hour for our order to arrive. It even took them 45 minutes, just to tell one of our group members that they cannot do their order because they just ran out of pork belly. After 45 minutes. Unbelievable.

They had terrible customer service. They served the other tables first, even though they had arrived later than us. The food was cold by the time it had arrived. The pork ribs were bland and lacked seasoning. One of our members had to wait even longer for a simple plate chicken wings, that were soggy, cold, and few in number by the time it arrived.

How incompetent do you have to be to not be able to cook chicken wings on time?
