Main pool - very nice and warm but has very little/no shade in the water. Depth is 0.65m shallow end and ?1.4m in the deep end. Water nice and clean. Lots of loungers with shade for the loungers. Pool was about 80% family/kids. Not very busy. Tiles around the pool are very slippery and unsafe for small children.

Smaller swim up bar pool: very run down, tiles chipped. You can not get drinks here, bar looks to be permanently closed.

No drinks service at either pool, but you can walk over to the restaurant to order something. Both pools do not have a view of the beach and are not scenic.

Internet wifi - very bad and unreliable, if you need internet then you will need a SIM card.

Breakfast - below average, not very good, but it's still an ok breakfast. If you want a nice breakfast can just Goto a near by cafe lots of options within

Seriously.Unless you speak Vietamese or Russian-pick another place.The other guests were all Russians during my stay.||||The staff is very sweet and wants to help.But for good service you need to understand your guests(and also keep them informed).||||Roomservice,tours,ordering food in the restaurant,calling the front desk most nights because of other guests keeping you up-it all becomes a massive task because of the language.||||The two female managers were simply amazing so hats off to them having to deal with it.Special thanks from me-you are gems.||||To many things went wrong and me coming home to find my Room beeing a buildingsite(with all my stuff unpacked sitting in it) with an open door made me feel very uneasy and on my toes.I had been telling them for 3 days that there was no hot water and was told there was until..well there obviously wasn’t??!!! ||||I booked this thru booking.com (a special bookingdeal) and whatever happened/happens they just ignored me so I had to deal with it all myself wich was a stretch due to the language.The hotel reffered back to booking.com so no use.||||On the good note.My rooms were cleaned properly and good size.The beach outside the hotel was very nice(other parts of the beach had been swept away) and the garden kept beautiful.The fitness centre was closed/or gone(we were told different things)so if that is something important check first. The Asian food on the breakfast was delish but the cold things were sitting out inte heat without cooling so I gave the Western food a miss.The good sunbeds goes early in the morning so no sleeping in but the morningwalk on the beach and the sunrise is a great start to the day.Near the hotel there are very good restaurants and hotels with a mixture of guests and english speaking staff so good option for lunch/dinner/drinks since those places seemed to cost a bit...
