La Casa de Las Baleadas 2 — Restaurant in Miami

The service was okay,food quality was terrible, I ordered Pupusas of queso & chicharon they didn’t look like how Pupusas are supposed to look, they tasted like pure grease and dripped with oil, the salad that came with them tasted like nothing at all, the baliadas the tortillas were semi burn on both sides, I ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla for my children and asked if it had anything else inside of it, the waitress said it had pick de Gallo I told them to not put anything inside of t but chicken and cheese said ok and told the kitchen, when I arrived home and my children eat it they spit it out because it had pico de Gallo in it, when I called the restaurant to make a complaint about my meal they asked the kitchen and said that it has nothing in it but cheese and chicken and called me a liar,I asked if they were going to do anything about it they said what do you want us to do,so I told them I would give them a bad review even do it smelled good but my children didn’t eat it at all, and last I ordered a plantatno with beans and cheese that was the only descent thing they had to eat,restaurant ambiance was dark empty waitresses on the phones and just walking outside, a customer was there before me asking about his food shrimp that were taking forever to cook,restroom was clean, I tipped and left, but this is one place I will never go to or...

I love love love casa de las baleadas, it was my all time favorite place to eat! Don’t get to go much since I moved further away. Today I ordered takeout since I was in the area and I got home super super disappointed! I should have drive down to the original location on 17th av because they completely messed up my order today. To start when I picked up the order thank goodness I checked before driving off, I ordered 2 baleadas with extra crema n queso and a pupusa of frijoles and queso. They only put 1 baleadas, I had to go back inside after I called and got hung up on and they gave me the baleada. Now I get home and they gave me plain beans in the baleadas with what was supposed to be the extra crema and queso on the side. Not only that the tortillas are not the same at all really ruff and small. Then to top all that off I payed for a pupusa of frijoles and queso and I only got queso no frijoles. This truly is very disappointing given how much I loved this place and how excited I was to eat here just to get home and be completely disappointed! With the prices going up and the portion going down and getting order completely wrong, definitely will take the time to drive to little Havana next time and go to the original restaurant, completely dissatisfied, wouldn’t Waiste my money here EVER...

I requested the food for to go since the ladies there are unpleasant they were talking while I was waiting for the food about their personal problems, one of the girls ignored me completely while I was eating, I had to request a soda she didn’t even give me a glass with ice, on top of that they charged 15% tip automatic. The tacos I ordered gave me a big stomachache, my second time going there and the ladies are very unfriendly. Wondering what they put on my food. You wait too long for food especially when the business is not busy. Disappointed. I hope the owner doesn’t close this place. You guys should hire nicer people and more hospitality.It’s important to keep clients happy to keep supporting the business. Customers come first we are not getting the food for free we are paying for the food and service. Unfortunately not planning to go back.
