I recently dined at this restaurant and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the hostess and promptly seated at a table with a beautiful view of the restaurant. Our waiter, Mr. Majid, was simply fantastic. He was attentive, personable, and had an incredible knowledge of the menu.

The food was outstanding. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted absolutely delicious. I especially loved the Barbecue platter, which had a wonderful assortment of fresh Barbecue cooked to perfection. The lamb chops were also outstanding, perfectly cooked and seasoned. We finished off our meal with a decadent Kheer that was the perfect way to end the meal.

The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

We have ate here many times and have always been happy & satisfied with the food and service. However, our recent visit was a very different experience. On this occasion we had invited family for dinner and the whole experience was disappointing. Firstly the area we were seated was swarming with small Cockroaches. We informed the staff about this and they did not pay much attention to this. They offered to change our table but everyone was seated and settled and the children had started to eat their meals. It was actually our guest that noticed the cockroaches, which was extremely embarrassing for us. The food had arrived and I have to say, it was not very nice. The food tasted completely different and not to the standard it used to be. It makes me wonder if they have changed their recipes or chef. We usually dine at Nayab Handi and their food it much much nicer. However, The staff were pleasant and attentive, even though they brought our main course out at the same time as the starters having told them not to. The bathrooms were dated, smelly & absolutely disgusting to use. Just to add the bathrooms also had cockroaches. Having spoken to the manager about this, they assured me that pest control would be informed and apologised. Personally we do not think we will go back to Al Nawab unless the quality of food improves and the pest control issue...
