Danial Restaurant Sharjah — Restaurant in Sharjah

Hi Members I want to share my experience about #IftaarBuffet We were searching for Daniyaal restaurant on internet but couldnot find dubai branch. I think it is took over by other venture. So we booked table in sharjah branch after 2 pm yesterday. They said you will get open space area table we agreed. Once we reached to crystal plaza, parking was alotted to pathaan parking in front of crystal plaza. We parked and walked and crossed the road. Once reached it was very loud sound from Makkah channel. Which gave me very nice feelings. But as we reached there I got upset to see crowdy and cozy packed tables. It was very big place and fully occupied. I thought we took wrong decision. But our table was outside in open area. It gave very pleasant effect. Weather was awsome. Sitting outside jn good weather and pleasent air ublowing was very good. Food was just normal. It was continental cuisine but the taste was not a wow at all. Very crispy fresh naan without qorma nohari karrhai was useless. But the environment for that outside area was the reason we paid happily. It was only 65 aed per head. The dishes were mutton biryani, chicken liquid curry, beef kofta liquid curry, samosas, paya type curry (i forgot the name) , pasta, irani rice, gormet curry, salads, pickles, soup, fish, french fries, harees, seekh kabab, mutton kabab, whole fruits, jellies, custards, jalebi, baklawa, and other too many sweets. Fish and mutton biryani was just good. Dates and juices were served on the tables. The only worst thing we noticed was the extreme.level of wastage of food. Before aftaar time the the tables were 0acked with fully overloaded plates. I think they were just confused if they are 8n a paid buffet or a free marriage ceremony hall 🤔 Just sharing if anyone wants to...

Never order catering from them!

I have made a huge mistake by inviting them for catering for my wedding. If you need to pay in another place twice the price - please do it, but don’t call them for your catering needs! Organization was so bad, that some tables got only rice!!!!!! Out of the extensive menu which we have chosen. Then these poor people had to go to them and got one plate of kebab!!!! And nothing else! And it is my wedding day which I planned for so long and this company managed to ruin so easily! I highly doubt their ability to cater to anyone!

They put food on the table partially in plastic plates and still wrapped into plastic clings wrap. It looked more like a picnic food than catering for a proper event. They also don’t have glasses and insufficient number of cutlery!

Most of the tables got very little food from what we ordered and surely there were so much left overs because tables received nothing!

Disappointed!!! Do yourself a favor and don’t deal with them for catering, unless you want to ruin...

Visited this restaurant for an office party and had pretty good experience, located in first floor of crystal plaza building there is lift and escalator access available. There is outdoor seating, indoor seating and party hall available here.

Placed looks a bit old and worn out may be coz of its there for a while, but it is spacious and have some amazing dining options, we had a small send off party and the service was great, it was a buffet option delivered to table and food was amazing and portions was also good.

The only issue i felt with this place is with parking, there very limited parking space available in front of the building and that too is paid parking (aed 2/hr) and it’s quite busy also all day, the available option for free parking is you have to park the car in paid parking (private parking aed 5/hr not govt paid parking )Which is available opposite side of the road/building (corniche side), take your ticket with you and get the same validated from restaurant...
