This byrek was easily the best we had the whole trip. The dough was delicious and crispy and the inside of the two different ones we had were just incredible. I honestly am still thinking about that cheese one, I wish I got two! She was also incredibly friendly , saving us some of the tomato pies that were not yet done and telling us to come back in about 15 minutes for them, she kept them on the side waiting for us. Here i ate my best breakfast in Dürres, healthy byrek homemade, the byker's chef is a kind and funny woman , she teached me some albanian words, i tried all of them ( Chees, tomatos, meat, spinach and sausages, they tasted Amazing, Free advices, if you go to Dürres, yiu'll go there in the morning , take some bykes and take away to your friends/family/ girlfriend ecc... lets go to enjoy Dürres...

Best byrek I had during my whole trip in Albania! I first tried the cheese one and then I came back a few minutes later to try the spinach one too.
