My Favorite Southside Restaurant: Lite N Eazy in English Harbour

Lite N Eazy in English Harbour is hands down my favorite restaurant on the Southside of the island. It’s a hidden gem that consistently delivers top-tier food with an emphasis on clean, healthy eating and five-star presentation. The atmosphere is relaxed yet refined, making it the perfect spot for a casual lunch or a special dinner.

What truly sets Lite N Eazy apart is its diverse menu, which caters to all types of food lovers—especially vegetarians and pescatarians. Every dish is thoughtfully crafted using fresh, high-quality ingredients. My absolute favorite is the quinoa salad bowl. It’s a delicious and colorful combination of avocado, ripe plantains, juicy pineapple, cranberries, and fresh salad greens, all topped with perfectly grilled salmon. It’s a meal that tastes just as good as it looks.

On top of the amazing food, the staff at Lite N Eazy are always friendly and welcoming. Their positive energy adds to the overall experience, making each visit feel personal and enjoyable. Absolutely blown away by this new little place. Allan was our bartender and absolutely knocked every drink out of the water. Simple drinks like a Tito’s soda all the way to complicated EZ Slides with chocolate, peanuts butter bourbon, Allan absolutely killed it. We moved on to dinner in the restaurant, and even tho it was super quiet Ariel slayed it for us. Her service was the best we had on the island. She was attentive, she got every small request we wanted (like a dish of butter) and quickly. She was so friendly and approachable and made our experience above and beyond enjoyable. Our food was DELICIOUS and simple compared to the French place down the street… we had steak, lobster, snapper, pasta, chicken curry, bruschetta and even the veggie spring roll appetizers. I recently celebrated my birthday dinner at Lite n Eze restaurant, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The setting was lovely and had an express vibe. The food and cocktails were incredibly tasty. We started with the Eze fly wings and the Garden Fresh Bruschetta, which were bursting with flavor. For my entrée, I opted for the Rice Lovers Bowl, and it did not disappoint. The combination of ingredients was fantastic. As for dessert, the double chocolate cake was a chocolate lover's dream. I can not forget to mention the refreshing cocktails that perfectly complemented the meal. The friendly staff provided excellent customer service throughout the evening. Jean & Schena were very attentive. Overall, Lite n Eze exceeded my expectations with their delicious food, great drinks, and impeccable service.
