Book with caution! Incredibly overpriced for a basic standard room. No facilities in the room except air conditioning. No fridge, no fan, no kettle, no TV -just one jug with tepid water on the bedside table with 2 glasses - room is so tiny the bedside tables are placed sideways. The bed is 2 single mattresses pushed together which leave a big gap down the middle. The bathroom is very dated with the wardrobe and safe box inside. The woodwork is chipped and grubby and the once white fluffy towels are drab and yellowed - some with lipstick stains in patches. Dogs incessantly barking. Large groups of drunken yachties being loud and offensive in Boom restaurant then peeing in the garden as they left. The following day an extended family with multiple children arrived with inflatable toys and took over the whole pool area - vocally & physically! No pool towels in the morning on either day. Boom staff erratic - sometimes quite cold and aloof. Pool area not cleared very frequently so morning coffee cups and drinks glasses left on tables for long periods- staff just walked past them! All in all a very disappointing and expensive 2 nights - expectations...

Check in was great. The people that work here from the boat driver to everyone at both restaurants are super friendly and helpful.
We stayed in GP 9 and our room was very private with a beautiful balcony with really comfortable chairs to sit on. Bathroom felt newly renovated. Room was basic but very clean!
The pool was awesome. Lots of seating options- I saw in other reviews that it was annoying to share the pool with day guest but we didn’t find an issue with it. Plenty of seating to go around. And for island service. This place was the fastest most efficient restaurant we’ve been to!
Things we do not love: pillows and blankets could have been a bit nicer. (It’s a hotel, these things matter to me! The pressure in our shower was eh.
Otherwise great place, great location. Lots of things to do and placed to eat...
Read moreI did the all day spa package pass which was amazing. The food was so good and a 3 course lunch was filling. The all you can drink was much needed to have service in the day beds and by the pool. I had a wide variety of drinks to choose from. Closing the day off with a deep tissue massage for an extra $15USD to the package soothed my soul. The view from the infinity pool was breathtaking while soaking up some rays and sitting in pool with the buily in seat walls. This location is a must do amd if you are coming with a small group you can buy up the 4 suites and have the place to your self. I did have the option of jetting over to the beach, snorkeling or Admirals Inn included in the package, however I choose to...
