I recently had the pleasure of dining at Roti Sue after a relaxing day at the beach. As I was searching for a dinner option and I stumbled upon this hidden gem through a quick Google search. To say that I was blown away by the food would be an understatement. The chicken roti at Roti Sue was nothing short of a flavorful meal.
Not only did I have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious roti, but I also had the pleasure of meeting Roti Sue herself. Her passion for food and dedication to creating unforgettable flavors were evident in every bite.
One thing that truly impressed me was the hot sauces available at the restaurant. After trying a few, I definitely wanted to bring some home.
I must admit, I tried to negotiate a better price for the sauces, but Roti Sue graciously explained the meticulous process of creating these homemade sauces using only the freshest ingredients. Her commitment to quality and authenticity was evident and I couldn't help but appreciate the effort that goes into each bottle of sauce.
If you're a fan of bold and delectable flavors, I highly recommend Roti Sue's sauces. They are simply delicious.
In conclusion, if you find yourself on the lookout for a delightful Roti experience, you won’t...
Read moreVisited roti Sue with my fiancé during our visit to Antigua after finding it online. We were early and aunty Sue let us hang out in the front porch as she cooked away. We were the only customers for a while Sue spent this time making our rotis whilst engaging us with stories of her life and asking us about ours. I highly enjoyed our interactions with her. A sweet, lovely women who clearly cares about the food she delivers. She served us our chicken rotis with pineapple and turmeric juice (this I highly enjoyed!!). I absolutely loved this place, the main star is the owner itself though, aunty Sue. You’re great and we can’t wait for you to cook at our wedding on your birthday. During off season it’s open everyday 11.30-4.30, I couldn’t recommend any more to go and check it out. Especially as service in most other places we tried didn’t even come close to this (most servers are really moody in Antigua we found). Thank...

I stopped here on my trip and I was traveling on my own. She was amazing and kind. The wifi was giving me a bit of an issue as I wasn’t understanding the code but she was patient with me and finished up making a roti and assisted me.
There was a group there as well and she attended to them so nicely and advised them how to nicely pack the food to bring with them to the airport as they were leaving shortly. The roti prices are affordable and it is definitely delicious.
The shop space isn’t anything huge but you have a look area to sit with stool and a table with chair as well. She also has a money wall where she adds different currency from her customers, if I had known I’d bring some Jamaican dollars but next time I will.
She even assisted me with getting transportation back to my hotel. LOVE...
