I’ve spent the past 2 weeks at Hotel Pulitzer while in Buenos Aires for work, and was excited that I was here for their restaurant’s opening. I decided on my last night to finally test out the restaurant. The evening started out well, with prompt-ish service and and the wine and food menu. After emphasizing that I need a dish with no meat or shellfish I was told that my meal was the perfect selection. I paired that with a bottle of wine that I was suggested to try while in Argentina. This is when the evening turned sour. Not only did I never receive it, but I even received my food before my beverage. Finally my food arrived at my table and I was excited to try this swordfish dish. When I asked about my wine I was told that there was no update and I just decided to go with the house glass of wine to speed up this process. As I settled into my meal, after a few bites I felt that I was chewing on something that wasn’t bread crumbles or fish. I had a feeling that there was some sort of meat in my meal. After scraping off all of the crumble I had another bite and discovered another meat like (ham-like) substance... after asking for the bill I asked one of the wait staff if there was any meat in the crumble, when indeed there was ham. I was asked if I would like to switch the meal and decided that between my ignored drink order & the meat in my pescatarian meal there was no use spending any more time here. I will say that there’s a great ambiance & design to the restaurant & I had a great interaction with a waitress named Angelica. But, if you have any dietary cautions I’d avoid.

One of the best places that I've visited in my life at the moment. Since a beautiful as harmonious ambiance so chill even when you are well received at the main gate until the wonderful people attending to you in any moment. The menu is based to be an distinguish as reduced menu between the touch gourmet & the typical Spanish Cuisine. The wine selection is a bit larger than menu, but with a really good selection, being mentioned this time the Malbec Rosé La Anita Vineyards harvest 2022, an unforgettable as explosion of flavours in mouth not strong into the nose, but with a note so kind as charming. I have any doubt to recommend this place as one of the best inside the Microcentro Porteño (Neighbourhoods of San Nicolás & Retiro). Ambiance 10/10 Location 7.0/10 Meal 8.7/10 Reception 10/10 Service 10/10

Can't understand how this is 4.3 stars. The food is fine dining and would be worthy of a michelin star in Europe. All the food was delicious. A tomato gazpacho with strawberry added was a great mix (who knew) some of the best ham croquettes we've ever had and the chocolate, salt and olive oil dessert(very catalan) was delicious. Lighting is a bit too moody for me bit apart from that well worth a visit

We picked this restaurant for our last night in Buenos Aires because it was close the hotel and we were leaving to go back to Canada later that evening. We had a fantastic experience! The staff was excellent. The menu choices were great and the meal service was very well paced, more European style than what we get in North America. The wine selection was excellent and well priced. For the level service and the quality of the food we received, the prices are very reasonable. They are higher than the average restaurants around this area but they deliver higher than average value. Comparable to other high end restaurants in the world where you would pay 1.5 times or more for the same levels this restaurant does a fabulous job in delivering great food and service. I highly recommend to...

The place and the hotel are dreamy. Decoration is heavenly. Still, it was the worst experience in a while. More than 30 minutes waiting for the waitresses to get us a seat. Terribly overpriced food and poor attention. The waitresses were complaining with each other about something unknown while we were waiting for the check; maybe that was more important! The guy at the bar and the manager were extremely caring and dedicate, but the waitresses were messy. We came to celebrate a birthday because of the great concept and sumptuous place, but the attitude and food...
