This cozy restaurant screams quality from the get go. Make sure to go with reservations made, otherwise you could be waiting for a while, and the wait is more than worth it. Staff is really friendly and fast. Music selection is good and the volume is perfect for conversations.

I had a couple of gin and tonics (the night asked for them), but the house vermouth is the cocktail you'll want to have.

Ordered the kimchi croquetas, cooked to perfection, well seasoned, although I'd preferred them a bit spicier. Definitely recommend this appetizer.

For entrée I had the beef and wine stew fusilli. Nothing to object, pasta was cooked perfectly, the dish is generous and flavorful. I'd rank this as one of the best pasta dishes you'll ever have in this country, for sure.

Ricotta tart with sweet pumpkin bites and quartirolo cheese ice-cream; other than the pumpkin bites and the hard meringue at the bottom of the ice-cream quenelle, which the dish don't need at all, that dessert was amazing, especially the ice-cream.

All of that for under 40 dollars, an absolute bargain.

If actions speak volumes, then Café San Juan will...

Very delicious and Super popular, in 10 Minutes after we sit down all the outdoor sitting filled.

Price is not expensive If you compare with the restaurant in this street but high quality.

This is our second time visit. My only complaint is I do wish they tell me my grilled fish sauce made from sweet sugar sauce. Its like big surprise for me as a keto diet first day out of 7 days water fasting challenge, looking forward for lean fish protein but got suger butter sauce in high protein. Basically break all the keto diet basic rules ( no suger especially with fat and protein, weigh gain Super fast) damn!!! I tried to about suger butter sauce as much as I can, but still Went straight to coma (sleep) after back home as it raised too much my insulin. What I learnt is always ask if the dish has suger or not no matter it's steak or fish or Eggs, as you never know.

Another thing i four is the price in the receipt is like 100-150 peso higher than the menu. I...

Extreme bad service and the food was nothing special. The waiter asks as to order the starters and mains at the same time for some reason. Even after we told them that we wanted to just order the starters while we check out the mains. No can't do, apparently.

Almost every dish we order didn't contain one of the ingredients listed on the menu. Similar situation with the wine list. They didn't have the wine we order from a selection of eight malbecs.

We were a party of six, with two children and one baby. They never offer a high chair for the kids.

During the meal the waiter only concern was to rush us out disregarding any care for our experience.

The main dishes are all very similar. Lack of options.

Definitely not visiting again. Not really sure how a place like this can compite with places like...
