Fabric Sushi — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

It took 45 mins to get my first drink order in and 1.15 hours for food. There were 7 tables and 7+ staff. Some of the staff were clearly new and untrained on the menu. I chose the Shiromi sashimi option - white fish with ginger, wasabi, tobico (fish roe), and negui (green onion/chive) - with each item listed word for word on the menu. I was served white fish and lime. When they brought it back the second time, the negui was there...no wasabi, tobico, or ginger (1.5 hrs later). I was then hassled by 2 staff and the manager to explain why I didn't want the food any more (I was in a hurry and didn't expect that wait time). One server said - "well isn't this what it should look like?". Even had to show the manager the menu so he could see what was written. My guess is their handling of raw fish is probably...

High priced sushi restaurant in beautiful downtown B.A. - noisy with techno dub step music, which takes away form the ambiance of a decent looking restaurant. I am also a foreigner, but can understand and speak enough Spanish to get around. Service was a bit slow - took me 20 minutes to get water and a beer. Ordered some sushi (only have salmon mostly), Ramen, and Ceviche. The sushi and the ceviche were ok, but the Ramen ….. aye dios mio… you used 100 ARS pesos ($0.53 USD) grocery ramen for a ramen entree that costs 3,800 ARS PESOS ($19.99 USD)!?!? Un desastre!! No lo recomiendo para nada!!! Nos arruinó la noche de teatro!! Éramos 4 personas y no solo que entramos y no nos recibieron para darnos una mesa sino que estuvieron media hora para limpiarla y otra media hora más para tomarnos el pedido! Una vergüenza! Una vez que logramos que venga alguien, después de levantar la mano varias veces, esperamos 30 minutos más para que nos traigan un champagne delice CALIENTE que había estado en la barra un montón de tiempo (dato: habíamos pedido un rose que figuraba en la carta y no tenían más). Nos dijeron que agua común tampoco como así tampoco langostinos. Trajeron la entrada sin darnos platos ni servilletas tal como se ve en la foto tuvimos que comer con la mano. Para sumar, habían dejado la entrada que pedimos en la mesa de al lado. Para coronar la mala experiencia, pedimos hielo para la bebida y no solo que nos trajeron 1 SOLO hielo sino con una lechuga adentro como se ve en la foto!! Un asco!! La tabla de sushi estuvo otros 30 minutos en la barra sin que la traigan, habrá llegado a la 1 de la mañana. A la 1.35 am prendieron las luces del local cuando todavía no habíamos terminado de cenar. En ese momento, pedimos la cuenta porque literalmente nos estaban echando y no solo que la cuenta era elevada sino que en el ticket nos cobraron 10.000 pesos de cubiertos con una supuesta entrada que nunca llegó! Sumado a eso, aparecieron los empleados con una balanza blanca como se ve en la foto mientras había clientes en el local. Un papelón lo que te cobran y la pésima atención!! Ni siquiera nos ofrecieron una atención por el disgusto!! No volvemos más y vamos a hacer lo necesario para que nadie pase por esta pésima...
