As a solo traveler from California, I visited this restaurant expecting a decent meal, but instead, I was met with one of the most appalling dining experiences I’ve ever encountered. I made an effort to communicate in Chinese, even though it’s not my first language. But the treatment I received from the staff was shockingly rude and dismissive. Additionally, BE MINDFUL OF the energy of that space.

Deceptive and Misleading Service: From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this restaurant has no interest in accommodating its guests. I was abruptly told that I should have made a reservation, even though there was no mention of this on Google Maps. After being forced to wait for over 30 minutes with no communication, I was finally seated. Despite agreeing to switch to a smaller pot, I was given a large one, only to be told by the cashier that small pots weren’t available. This blatant lack of coordination and respect for customers is inexcusable.

Rude and Money-Hungry Staff: The cashier and waitstaff at this establishment are only interested in upselling, not providing good service. I was pressured to order more food than I needed, which was clearly a ploy to inflate the bill. When I tried to communicate, the staff responded with impatience and thinly veiled contempt, especially when they couldn’t understand my Chinese. Their refusal to speak English or even make an effort to understand me made the experience incredibly frustrating and uncomfortable.

At one point, I received the wrong order. When I pointed this out, the staff removed the dish without a word of apology and walked away without ensuring that the correct dish would be served. This level of incompetence and disrespect is completely unacceptable.

Chaotic, Loud, and Disrespectful Environment: The restaurant itself is a nightmare. It’s loud, chaotic, and filled with guests who think nothing of making loud phone calls in the middle of the dining area, completely disregarding others’ privacy and peace. The staff made no effort to control this, adding to the overwhelming discomfort of the experience.

Unsanitary and Unacceptable Practices: When it came time to take some food to go, I was disgusted to be handed a bag for my soup. This is not only unsanitary but also incredibly disrespectful to the customer. The idea that this establishment thinks this is acceptable is baffling.

Dishonest and Shady Behavior: If you value your money and your sanity, stay far away from this place. I was recommended to exchange cash here, but the cashier tried to scam me by giving me the wrong amount and quoting an incorrect exchange rate. This kind of dishonest behavior is disgraceful and should not be tolerated!

Total Disregard for Customer Satisfaction: The most infuriating part of this experience was the clear focus on squeezing every penny out of customers without any regard for their satisfaction. When I mentioned that my dish wasn’t spicy enough, I was told that adding more spice would cost extra, another obvious money grab. The cashier’s dismissive attitude throughout the entire process confirmed that this place does not care about its customers at all.

Final Warning: This restaurant is a disaster from start to finish. If you’re looking for a relaxing and respectful dining experience, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. The unprofessional, rude, and downright shady behavior of the staff, particularly the cashier, made this an experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone. This place is a disgrace to the...

As every other reviewer states, the lady that works in the front will look for every reason not to give you a table. We came back 3 days in a row, and were finally seated. We paid a "reservation" hold of 1000 pesos the day before, and the next day when we arrived we were canceled. 3rd day, we were seated.

The food is actually excellent. This is a true version.

However, the restaurant is completely filthy. The workers carry the plates of meat to your table. They will cough over your meat every single time. The restaurant smells like cigarette smoke, because they allow their regular customers to smoke.

The girl that works at the tea counter, was very friendly and helpful. She has a nice smile. The rest of the workers are basically a joke and complete...

Came here twice in a week during our trip in Buesnos Aires. They are always fully booked. So it’s wise to make reservation before hand; or you can come really early or really late to ensure a spot. Reservation can be made through WeChat (QR code in pic). The quality of the food is really good. The soup or the broth is on point. The wagyu beef are amazing, the beef slices is thin but it doesn’t disintegrate when you cook them. The pork belly and lamb are good too. They have varieties of ingredients that you can order from. The condiments are free and you can refill as many times as you want. They even have boba teas if you would like to order them. Overall it’s one of the very best in...
