I wanted to go somewhere where my mother could enjoy meat and I could have a good option for food seeing as I don't eat meat. So we chose this place but I regret it. Our waiter was Raul, whom seemed disinterested in us completely , we were confused as to if we had to wait to be seated or we sit ourselves. The waiters were all talking between themselves , although we were early compared to the usual time people eat here , maybe we should have waited. We ordered steak, chorizo, complete salad, French fries, wine, coke without sugar and pasta with red sauce. We were given complimentary bread and sauces which were good . The chorizo my mother approved of , the steak had lots of fat on it, it was a bad cut. The complete salad , was on the bad side , we had to cut the tomatoes and beets as the pieces were too big. I recieved my pasta after 10 minutes that my mother finished eating her food. It was overcooked and tasted horrible . We told our waiter and he didn't care , I told him to even taste it but just seemed as he wanted us to leave. The French fries and coke never arrived yet when the bill arrived the fries were still on the bill. We told him we would pay the pasta but wanted the chef to know, doubt he'll ever be told. Just go there for a drink and eat their free bread with the dipping sauce , I think that was better than...

I found this restaurant by searching the web and it has good reviews but the night was a complete disaster. We were welcomed by a host that seats us at the table. Afterwards we had to wait 10 minutes until someone bring us the cards to begin with. (Let the host do that). Then we choose our products (mix grill) and wine and i explicitly said i want the meat medium rare. The starter chinculin tasted like rubber. After that the main course came and it was medium +. So we gave back the meat that was overcooked and waited for the new piece. Later the meat came back to the table even more cooked. At this time we wanted to leave because the waiter did not have even the slightiest idea what he was doing and the grill person as well. We got the false plate of meat returned and even more overcooked. How can such a restaurant work with so unqualified people. I am really sorry. In the end the waiter said it was even our fault because they dont serve meat medium rare only fully cooked!!!!.. at least inform that to us before. Anyway we had to have a discussion we are not paying for the mixed grill. I offered to pay for the shitty starter the wine, the salad and the water and thats it. They didnt even apologise. Most unprofessional experience i ever had in my life. And i can tell cause i run a...

Great dining experience while visiting Buenos Aires, Argentina area. Recommended by my tour guide. This is a very popular spot for tourist and locals. This location is was close to my hotel Panamericano down town. Our waiter was friendly, spoke English, and was on point the whole evening. Plenty of seating, but they quickly filled up.

I started off with bread, salad & onion rings, be aware they give you huge portions. This place reminded me a farm to table kinda setting, food was plentiful sharing. The menu has a lot to offer, so take your time and choose accordingly to your appetite. Its a steak restaurant so they choices are abundant. All the food was well seasoned, make sure you tell the waiter well done. They cook all steaks medium well. I don't like blood dripping from my steak.

All in all it was great experience, and a great way to start my dining in BA. The cost was reasonable considering the great food and service.

They remind you that the tip isn't included, which was kinda weird but I totally get it...Im assuming some don't tip, but that's a individual decision.

Disappointing experience. When we walked in it took a while for anyone to acknowledge us and once finally seated it took 15+minutes for a server to come over. At this point we should have walked out but they appeared understaffed so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. We started with dry, cold bread; the salsas for the bread came after we were done with the bread. Additionally, the food came out before our drinks. At this point we’re parched and our server is nowhere to be found. Sometimes I can overlook poor service if the food is amazing but the food here was very average. The meats and the fries were extremely greasy. The only food we enjoyed were the empanadas. In a city so large and with so many options, I’d skip this tourist trap and find something else.
