Stayed for ten nights in early April 2025. I had a room with a balcony on the eighth floor.||The hotel is located very centrally, with walkable access to many places of interest. I had a view of the Obelisco and the busy 9th of July Avenue from the balcony. The balcony is adjacent to the balconies of the neighboring rooms so offers no privacy. ||The room was clean and nicely decorated in a modern style. Even though the avenue outside is very busy, it never bothered me. Of course some traffic noise would find it's way into the room, but not overwhelmingly so. If complete silence is important to you, may be better to ask for a room not facing the avenue.||The check-in experience was very friendly and the staff spoke fluent English. On arrival, the minibar fridge wasn't working but after informing the front desk, they were quick to address the issue and replace the unit.||There is no dinner restaurant within the hotel, but room service is available at reasonable prices (as far as room service goes).||Breakfast was more than adequate, with some variation every morning. I would have appreciated a wider selection of breads and some more worm options. There was inly scrambled eggs, fried vegetables and sausages. But overall the quality and offer was good.||I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff, and I would definitely consider staying here again if my travels take me to Buenos Aires again...

After a +13hr flight we got to the hotel. Tired, lots of bags. When we arrived, the receptionist told us that, because there had been strikes at the airport on the previous days, our room wasn't available. She then told us that we would be moved to another hotel. I then asked why did they wait until we arrived to notify us about this, they must have surely known this at least 24hrs before our arrival. She just shrugged, called us a cab and took us back to the main door. We then waited like 20 minutes, until a dust covered cab arrived.
The "replacement" hotel was not as good as the one where we had made reservations, and neither was the room they gave us. It was far from it. We had payed for a big suite, with a nice and spacious balcony, and a gorgeous view to the Obelisco. Instead of that we just got an average room with an ugly bathroom. There was no way we would have payed for that room, so the hotel ended up scamming us, and until this day we haven't been able to do anything about it. We feel...

Location: Right downtown. Within walking distance of the cozy downtown and points like the Casa Rosada, Theater Colon and the new (cozy) old port.
Staff: Friendly and check-in was fast. Our suitcases were kept, without problem, for an extended period of time. In fact, during our trip to Iguazu, we could not take them with us.
Room: Neat, clean and spacious room. Our first room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the boulevard and obelisk. Our 2nd room, also on the front, did not have a balcony but did have the view.
Breakfast: Included in the price and of good quality. Provided fruit, yogurt, bread, sweets, eggs etc. More than enough and everything fresh and tasty.
